Pastors Who Place Their Names at the Head of Ministries

I have been a member of a men's Bible study and accountability group for about five years. At a recent meeting our Executive Pastor asked this question: By what Biblical mandate can a pastor justify his/her naming a ministry after themselves if God is the head of His Church. For example, Pastor, Reverend, Bishop, Dr. Paul Blank's Free Deliverance In God Ministries.
