Pastors Who Place Their Names On Ministries

I have been a part of a close knit Bible study and accountability group for about 5 years. On one recent occasion the host of this group our Executive Pastor asked; "By what Biblical mandate is a pastor justified in placing his name on a ministry. For example Pastor Paul Blank's Free Deliverance in God Ministries.  I would love to have your feedback on this topic.
