Praise Report
Dear Brethren and Friends in Christ Jesus,
Thank you for your prayers for me and our little Mercy! Jane and I are really moved by all the compassion you, the body of Christ had to take it upon yourself for us and Mercy and to pass on our request and needs to the prayer warriors across the globe. Mercy stands today healed in Jesus most precious name. This morning during our family devotion we had Mercy speak something about the body of Christ that stood in the gap for her healing!
Mercy’s Praise Report: On Monday we came out of hospital; we had Mercy repeat these words seven times, ‘By His stripes, am healed!’ We kept on filling her heart and mind with words of faith and repeating the same! This morning Mercy woke up, sat upright and took her breakfast healed in Jesus’ Name! This is something she could not do on her own for the last couple of days. She was very feeble and unable to do most of the things on her own. We spoon-fed her for a couple of days! She will be on medication for the next one week or more. She was found with traces of scanty malarial parasites! Doctors say it is a cute one since it is not easily detected through the normal laboratory procedures being a multiple drug resistant strain of mps. Since Mercy is allergic to quinine, we had several options of AL that were very costly. We thank you all for the prayers and concern for mercy’s healing! How we love you all!
God’s provision: Finally I start the cleaning job next Tuesday. This is something Jane and I prayed for over 5 weeks and kept on believing God for His provision! Praise God! My heart was beginning to fail on this job since this was the third time it was being postponed! We have had lots of needs here in the family. Jane and I do cleaning jobs. We have the cleaning equipment but every time we clinched a contract something or someone cuts in the middle. The job was cut down to 2 weeks from the original 4 weeks with another contractor doing the backside but we thank God for this provision!!! I know it is because of your prayers!! They are 3 housing units with two levels each and the backyard. Breakthrough: I showed my work invoice to one of our friends here who runs a pharmacy shop and agreed to give us Mercy’s prescription for the whole week, trusting the Lord to pay when I get the job down payment next week. It is awesome how God works!
