Process precedes Provision

God anointed David King, while he was still tending sheep. David tended his sheep and learned to be a very good shepherd. When it was time for testing of his skills, God created an opportunity, by causing Goliath to ridicule the great men of Israel, including King Saul, the reigning king of that day. No one had the guts to kill Goliath, but because David's training taught him awareness, he realized that he could not afford for anyone to mock his God. So David leaned on the Lord God Almighty, and by the strength and power of God, he was able to kill Goliath. David waited through much tribulation until his time came to prove his skill. He faithfully tended the sheep and learned all that he had to learn, then when it was time to practice the skill, he became Master of the Game. What is God training you to do? are you learning patiently, are you allowing that which you are taught to go deep down on your inside and saturate your being, so that the fullness of God's power can saturate you when it is time to practice what you have learned? David's education, training and skill took place in the bushes, where no one was watching, but when it was time for practice it took place before everyone in the land. You and God are a majority, he is the greatest teacher and a friend to the end! Trust Him, he will never let you down. Blessings.
