Should the church tithe to another church

I was in a discussion with someone and the subject of should a church tithe to another church or the spiritual parents of the pastors.
Is this something we were taught or is their a scripture base behind it?
Malachi 3:10 says we are to bring it in God's house to take care of the needs of church and the people in need as the early church in acts.
I would love the views and the opinions of other Pastors.

well you asked for other pastors, i am not but let me inform you and the other pastors. Tithing is not for the new testament church.

Tithing was giving by commandment to the levites when they entered the promise land of milk and honey, this was their inheritance.

So the tithe is the inheritance of the levites. So we dont pay the inheritance of the levites in the new testament church to any one

However, if any one so desire to give to their church and want to pay a tenth of their earnings to their church thats strictly up to them. No one is to command them to do so for as i said tithing is not a new testament command. Amen.

What I teach in my church is that as we teach the congregation to tithe, the church should tithe. Part of our Mission Budget is based on a tithe of our projected income. Those funds are used for benevolence and foreign mission. Also, we budget for the groups associated with our Missionary Department, so we don't have to use the church "tithe" to do their operations. You'll be surprised as what impact that has on giving. People feel better knowing you as an institution are doing what you are teaching.

Well im not a pastor but I wanted to tithe with my old church and the funny thing was that i was going to catch the bus over there after school,but just so happens while at a warehouse with my aunt guess who drives up the bishop of my old church so i felt like oh yeah it was for me to pay my tithe with them so I after greeting him and talking told him what my thoughts were about paying my tithes in their church so i gave him the money but for some reason after that I didnt feel like I did the right thing I just kept feeling convicted of it and i was looking for my harvest i dont even think i got it I started thinking that mybe I should have waited and just went to their church and gave from my own hands I don't know but I just didnt like the feeling it left behind.

Our church is struggling money wish. The church is not able to pay it´s rent at the end off each month. The fact is that our

church does not pay tithe, neither does it support any charity organisation. What advice do you have for my advice. I thought

the church should also tithe.

If we are talking about true biblical tithing as in what was established in the Levitical law. Churches do not and Cannot tithe.
