Some say the system of capitalism is wrong, radically evil, does not provide for the well being of all the people and its nature is contrary to the bible which says 'blessed are the poor' in one place and 'woe to the rich' in another. But it is platable because it has built into it propaganda which is the ability to convince people who are victimized by the very system - to support the system and make them see it as a good thing.
Then some say that capitalism is indeed morally right because of its chief elements such as private owner ship, the profit motive, competitive market - they are compatible with God's laws and the teachings of the bible. Some say that if Jesus were here today in the flesh - He would be a capitalist.
What are your thoughts?
