Hi there and happy holiday to you.

I sure hope that you can get this discussion. My computer is acting up. I am opening this discussion from my new leadership guide entitled, Top Ten Reasons Ministries Are Aborted & Churches Don't Grow.

I would like to open this discussion with the first "out of control" issue that so many leaders are facing today. "The Spirit of Rejection"
In my leadership guide, I mention that if there is any spirit that has stagnated, caused church splits, and ministry abortions, it is the spirit of rejection! But, what about the leaders who are jealous of the anointing on a minister's life and refuse to recognize, affirm, or release them to do the work of the ministry? To learn more about the leadership guide; go to my pictures and read about it.
Keep it real and let me hear from you about what you think is the real reason a Pastor or Ministry Leader often rejects the person's gifts and/or callings. Also, I feel that this is spiritual abortion? What do you think?

A "spirit of rejection?" Where in the Bible does that spirit manifest by that name?
Abortion is murder, and we can address why the so-called ministry leaders would murder another person's ministry.

9 And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness.
10 I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.
