What divides us?

So many denominations, so much bitterness and contempt among brethren. I am not talking about healthy debate or honest disagreement about doctrine or scripture. I am talking about bitter resentment and hatred among "Bible preaching brethren". The problem seems to always surround one or two different subjects. Baptism of the Holy Spirit (speaking in tongues) or the doctrine of prosperity preaching (You are in sin if you do not have money and good health). What are you views and solutions to these doctrinal issues? Are there other issues that divide that must make our Lord shake His head in disappointment?
