Where do I find more encouragers?

Last week, I had the honor of being at the first annual Road to Re-entry program for ex-convicts. There were about a dozen businesses, one pastor and Quanell X, leader of the New Black Panthers was there. Two thousand and five hundred people showed up looking for work. Most of them were in poor spirits- what a harvest for ministers! I did not have to wait in the line that was over five blocks long but it still took me an hour to walk the five blocks, I was stopped over and over with honest entreaties for a job and for sad stories of rejection and isolation. I took over 50 signatures of people as they were being turned away at the event because there was not enough room... not enough jobs...
Fertile soil is all around and I invite you to help me plant seeds in it.
