Would You As Pastor allow Homosexuals To Frolic In Your Church?

Vermont has just okayed what they call "same sex mariages". It is very sad that we humans who are supposed to be the most intelligent creatures on earth, dont even understand or appreciate the sacred purpose of marriage. The reason why God instituted marriage is for reproduction, plus nothing, minus nothing. The sole reason why we are created male and female, or exibit some form of sexuality is to reproduce. If we didnt have to reproduce after our kind, we wont have any devices for sex. Angels dont reproduce and as such are sexless beings. Everything else God put on earth comes in pairs of male and female. Even birds know this. Have you ever gone bird-watching and seen two male birds weaving a nest and trying to raise a family?
You dont have to be a rocket scientist in order to understand that another man's behind was neither designed by God nor evolution for sex. The anus is not a sexul organ, period. So that if you want to use a body feature designed to accomplish one task for a completely senseless one then there is something wrong with your perception. You are like the man who sees a deer and calls it an elephant. Something is wrong upstairs!! What is the purpose of a so called same sex marriage. Sexual pleasure so they speak. But pleasure is not the purpose for sex.The pleasure part is secondary. God made sex pleasurable, why? Because if it had felt like surgery, you would have to hold a gun to your partner's head to have children. Homosexuals have taken the "purpose" out and are going gang-ho after the "pleasure".WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT PLEASURE-SEEKING IN THE LAST DAYS?
As A pastor the only way I would allow a homosexual in my congregation if they understand that homosexuality, just all other deviations , is wrong and they came to church to seek help like all of us do. But if a homosexual shows up in church all cocky and full of gay pride and trying to peddle his ware in the church, I will chase him out with a baseball bat!!! lol!
You just said "wow, he hates homosexuals!", right? Wrong. As a pastor you cant hate anybody because of their sin.It will be like a Doctor hating a patient because the latter has a form of cancer the Doctor dreads.But if the patient tells the Doc, "Leave my cancer a lone. I was born with it, and I am proud of it." Well, then get out of the hospital! I dont hate homosexuals, I hate homosexuality. You dont hate the sinner, you hate the sin. You have to hate the sin enough to be able to help the sinner. On the other hand if you love the sin, you yourself might just get caught up in it.I consider it a disgrace to the human race that we allow behavior that even some animals shy away from.

"According to your faith, be it unto you". The curse stays and stretches as far as your rebellion goes. If a person humbles themselves, prays, seeks GOD's face, repents and turns from the wicked way, then HE will hear their prayer and heal not only them, but their land.

King David said that if he had to choose a punishment, he would rather just be turned over to the hand of GOD, for HE is merciful. You have just proved his point, because man would rather keep a person cursed. We don' do justice naturally, but we EASILY do revenge.

Brother West, no one as you know can bless anyone that God has cursed nor curse anyone that God has blessed but God can turn anything around for a sinner and I know you understand that. It's not man that does anything though we as humans want to take the glory for ourselves intstead of giving it to God. Brother Trevor touched on something that I believe and that is pride and rebellion but then again all sin is some form of rebellion agains God and Satan attacks us in three ways as said in 1John 2:16 and that is lust of the flesh; lust of the eyes and pride of life. This is how Satan fell and how he attacks us besides making us doubt the Word as he did Eve in the garden. Be blessed my Brother.

Are you saying homosexuals are cursed and there is no room for repentance for them? I will have to disagree with your saying. Repentance is for all. If a man change his ways God will accept him. We all have sined and come short of the glory of God. Ask yourself, Do you lie? God said he hates a liar. Remember the six things that he hates:
6:16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
6:17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
6:18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
6:19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

There is room at the cross for us all. For God gave his only begotten son for the world. John 3:16

You already said it Brother Luckett. You can only do what you did by showing them scripture and praying with them. It is as you've stated so many times, the Holy Spirit that changes us but we have to be sincere in what we want. We have choices and it's our choices that makes or breaks us. We don't change anyone, only God does that. We have to make up our minds we want change or not. Peace!

Pastor Luckett this is the problem. Preachers waste to much time on one individual trying to get them to change. Preach the word and move on and allow God to cause the changes in a person's life. God is the only one who can give the increase so why are we as preachers trying to give the increase. Preach the word and move on.

Deliverance at that level is "raw and uncut". Its an outright fight. People think you aren't to debate the Word, but those are the people that know absolutely NOTHING about deliverance ministry and discipleship. Apostolic warfare is a lifestyle of fighting using the Word and righteousness of GOD. Place it plainly right before their face and tell them:

"Choose ye this day whom you shall serve...",
"If Baal be GOD, then serve him, if JEHOVAH be GOD, then serve HIM...."
ect

In the mean time, you MUST know what enemy you're up against and how to take it on. David asked the LORD shall I go up against the Philistines, and GOD would not just simply say yes, but HE would give a strategy. The Greek word for warfare is "strategia" and the transliteration of it is "Apostolic Career". All sins aren't handled the same.

Of course you're on track Brother Luckett because you have taken her to the Word and let the Word tell her. It doesn't necessarily mean the Word will convict her right away either, it could be tomorrow when she is alone and suddenly something inside says something to her or in a dream. As bad as we want to help others from their wicked ways we are not God but can only do what we can as God has instructed us and that is preach His Word to those that don't know it through His wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Man of God keep doing what you do because we need soldiers like you. Don't play yourself or allow others to play your short. God bless.

The best way to speak to her would be to get to the root of the issue.
Until you find that root you won't be able to fully get deliverance to her life.
Get to the root of her issue.
Once you pull that root up deliverance can come in.

You debate the Word when one is providing wrong doctrine that's plain from His Word. You also by showing what ever sin is being fought the scripture for that sin and of course you let them know they have to follow Satan or God, that's a given but it's the Word after you have done what you can that does the rest and not us. In God's Word we must also realize who is being spoken to because not everywhere in the Bible is the Jew, Gentile or Church being spoken to though it all is inspirational to us all. We have to rightly divide His Word also. We can't fit something for us if it's not being spoken to us.

Thanks bro Anthony. So far in this discussion all I am trying to say is that we are all sinners. Anyone who wakes up on sunday morning and feels the need to go to church, feels the need to understand their shortcomings as regards to God's word. But the homosexuals dont see it so, cos they believe their sin is somehow misjudged. " There is no sin here, you normals are making it up" If I fall into sin , before I venture into the presence of the Lord, I will repent. A homosexual will hold hands with his /her partner and walk boldly into church. Well, that church hasnt got the spirit of God over there any ways. Otherwise the Holy Spirit will convict them of sin. Christ is not the head of that church but a scarecrow dressed in medieval cassock and a creepy hat- Mahuahua himself.He is in charge, not Christ. The Lord Himself will be thrown out of that church if he sholud show up and challenge their insane doctrine.
