CORRESPONDENCE SCHOOL OF BIBLICAL STUDIES

ACCELERATED BIBLICAL TRAINING SERIES

The Cost $50.00 (Send Check or Money Order to address above and make out to NJITS)
What is included? 1. Course Book and material 2. NIV Bible 3. Certificate upon completion of Test

The Correspondence School of Ministry is a new spiritual, educational training track of the New Jersey Institute of Theological Studies. This condensed, correspondence format will allow many of the basic courses of NJITS to be offered in a time frame better suited to the demands and time constraints of busy adults; particularly many of whom are already actively involved in ministry.

COORESPONDANCE format
The Correspondence Manual is to be read and the test at the end of the lesson book is to be taken and mailed back to the School for grading. The test can be taken with an open Bible. Some answers to the questions are NOT found in the manual but require the taker to study the scriptures for the answer.

Challenging studies
The goal of this course is to challenge the student to study the Word with intensity and diligence. There will be other study books coming out in the near future.

Affordable and bible based
Practical, anointed, and insightful spiritual training at an extremely reasonable amount.

• The total cost for the manual and the certificate after completion is only $50.00

• The material is packed with Bible based doctrine that will enable you the student to be the man or woman of God you need to be. This is NOT a replacement for the training you SHOULD receive in your local church BUT it WILL enhance it greatly.

BIBLE MEDITATION:
Isaiah 63:7 - "I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the Lord, and the praises
of the Lord."

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
One time a man came into a village and asked an old man living there, "Any great
men born here?" The old man said, "No, just babies." Great men are not born;
great men are made, investing in the lives of others, sharing God's love, and
showing His mercies. There is not a magic formula that instantly makes us
sanctified. Sanctification is a process. Our calling is to be poured out into
the lives of others for His glory.

ACTION POINT:
How can you show His mercies to a lost co-worker or neighbor today? Pray about
it and then watch for how God provides!

BIBLE MEDITATION:
Matthew 14:14 - "And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved
with compassion toward them, and He healed their sick."

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
It is the unbelievable, supernatural replenishment that awakens the world to see
the mighty power of God. Jesus demonstrated, once with a crowd of 5,000 and
again with a crowd of 4,000, that He is the God who provides (see Matthew
14:14-21, 15:32-38). When the most "responsible" thing to do, in human terms,
was to ask the multitudes to find their own food, Jesus turned to the
supernatural power of God. Moved with compassion, He confidently told the
disciples to begin feeding the multitudes. Jesus never wavered in His complete
and utter trust in Jehovah Jireh.

ACTION POINT:
Read the accounts of these miracles in Matthew with your family today, then ask
God to fill your family with an utter and complete trust in Jehovah Jireh.

Question to all my network family? As we consider covering other ministries - let me pick your brain if I can, what is the relevance of a Bishop or an Apostle to the local church? What role are these 2 types of grace gifts/office functions??
Let me know your thoughts as we prepare our planning strategy.
Do you have a Bishop - If so what are the pros/cons of having this type of covering or support.
If you have an Apostle as a covering what is the function of your Apostle within your organization?

BIBLE MEDITATION:
Hebrews 11:21 - "By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed both the sons of
Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff."

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
Jacob became a wounded worshipper because God did not withhold the rod of
correction. The wounded in life are those who have learned difficult lessons
through suffering. Do not resist the Shepherd's rod of correction. Is the
wounding painful? Indeed. Does it seem that you will not be able to bear it?
Most certainly. Then, why would He subject you to such pain? Because you have a
Father who loves you so much that He is willing to hurt you to heal you. What
you need to focus on is not your pain, but your Savior. God didn't save you to
take you to heaven. That's a fringe benefit. God saved you to make you holy as
He is holy.

ACTION POINT:
Read Hebrews 12:1-13. What application can you make from this passage for your
life today?

BIBLE MEDITATION:
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the
earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay;
lest ye fall into condemnation.
James 5:12

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
In June we take time to focus on fathers, and I've discovered in talking with
teenagers that many of them harbor bitterness and resentment. Much of that
resentment is directed toward their fathers over the serious matter of broken
promises. If you're a dad who wants to restore your relationship with your
teenager, one of the best things you can do is to remember those broken
promises. Then go and say to them with a remorseful spirit, "I've asked God to
forgive me, and I want you to forgive me." Then ask this question, "Have I ever
made a promise to you that I've failed to keep? If so, I want you to tell me
because I want to repent. I want you to believe that your dad is a faithful
man."

ACTION POINT:
Are you a man of your word? If not, start fresh today and make a commitment that
you will stand behind your word.

"Give thanks unto the Lord, call upon His name, make known His deeds among the
people."
1 Chronicles 16:8

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
If you are a child of God, you ought to be able to thank God every moment of
every day no matter what happens to you. Have you ever stopped to thank God for
the water that you drink? Did you know that in some third world countries the
majority of the population doesn't have reasonably pure drinking water? Millions
of people die annually just from water-related diseases. If you wear a hearing
aide, do you ever thank God for that? Some people wish they had a hearing aide.
If you are a student in the midst of final exams, do you thank God that you have
an exam to take? There are many who wish they could afford college. Do you thank
God for your next breath?

ACTION POINT:
Take whatever it is that looks like a trial in your life today and thank God for
it! Thank Him every time the thought enters your mind to grumble or complain.
