A New Year always comes with a threshold of entrance into the new. Many times we are excited about flipping calenders to show a New Year while we fail to flip the script of our lives to bring forth the newness of change. I have accumulated so much weighty baggage this year in my mindset, attitude, lifestyle, relationships, finances, marriages, and etc.

As I was spending my quiet time with the Lord this morning, I saw myself loaded down with unnecessary weight. Trying to carry my load as well as others. I gently heard the Spirit of God say," Lessen your Load". I began to ask Him, "Lord how"? In a still small voice I simply hear,"Lay them down and leave them there".
The simplicity of those words had a great affect on me this morning. I realized those words were ever so easy yet so hard. As I began to weep in worship, I saw that threshold of entering into the new while dragging the baggage of old. How many of us will have a calendar change while our lives remain the same?

How many of us will enter into the NEW NOW dragging our old way of thinking, our old patterns, old stinky attitudes, old doubts and fears, old relationships that have harmed us more than helped us, old regrets, old stuff that is continually weighing us down.

A New Year is most exciting but it births a choice of change! What is it this year that have held you hostage? Imprisoned you from being everything God has created you to be? What baggage this year has stopped you from seeking God the more? What handles of baggage are you holding unto that is keeping you from fully stepping over the threshold into the NEW that God has prepared for you? What do you need to say goodbye to?

We can no longer afford to straddle the threshold of life with one foot dabbling in the things of God and the other foot playing with the world of lying, gossiping, fornication, doubt, fears, rejection, shame etc. No, my friends, the "CHOICE OF CHANGE" is peeking through the threshold of time beckoning for us to enter in fully into the NEW NOW; but in order to do that we must:

LOOSE OUR GRIP FROM THE HANDLE OF WAS, LAY THE BAGGAGE DOWN, LET GO, LEAVE IT THERE AND WALK FREELY INTO THE DAWNING OF A NEW YEAR....The choice of change is NOW. I'm ready, are you? Let's go...

Greetings My Spiritual Sistah's,

I pray that you are all having a WONDERFUL Day in Yahweh!

 

For this is the day that the Lord has made; REJOICE and be glad in it. I don't care what it look like, what it be like, what it is like, what it taste Like, this still is the day that the Lord has made; a day that we will never see again and a day that was not promised unto us.

The Lord is saying in this hour... Whatever troubles may come our way we can seek refuge in HIM!

According to His word in the Book of: Psalms 46:1- "GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH, a very PRESENT HELP in TROUBLE. Continue... to stand on the WORD of Yah for He is the WORD! Glory!

 

Continue... to let your light so shine... so the world to see the Yah in YOU!

Don't allow "old mindsets" keep you locked up from moving in the "new realms" God has for your life. How can you embrace the new hugging the old? Release the "over" of past relationships, hurts and pain. Refuse to stay trapped in "what was" by stepping forward into "what is" and shifting towards your "what will be"! God has an awesome plan for your life! Begin to declare 2 Corinthians 5:17 over your life: Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
NOW, EMBRACE YOUR NEW!

I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO GET INTO A RITUAL COMING INTO 2012 AS IN PAST CHURCH/MINISTRY STYLE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! MY NEW YEAR STARTS NEXT MONTH. I STARTED A FEW WEEKS AGO WITH A RUMBLE IN MY SPIRIT.... Oh Father how we glorify You today! We love You! We bless You God for who You are! Thank You for everything You have done, all You are doing in, for and through us! Bless the Lord Oh my soul and all that is within me! Bless Your Holy name! We forget none of Your benefits Lord! The benefit of a new day! The benefit of breath! The benefit of new mercies! The benefit of still living! The benefit of ...peace! The benefit of joy! The benefit of love! The benefit of wholeness! The benefit of healing! The benefit of deliverance! The benefit of miracles! The benefit of signs! The benefit of wonders! The benefit of eternal life! The benefit of being your children! The benefit of being joint heirs with Christ! The benefit of Your word! The benefit of power! The benefit of authority! The benefit of the Holy Spirit! The benefit of being new! The benefit of strength! The benefit of movement! The benefit of grace! The benefit of truth! The benefit of praise! The benefit of worship! The benefit of your presence! The benefit of Your glory!!! Thank You God for allowing us to not only experience the benefits but to be a benefit in the earth! Father, You are our stimulus package because You are our SOURCE! Anything else is a resource but You O Lord are our everything!!! Father, may we become that benefit in the lives of others today! When others are in our presence, let them benefit from Your glory in us! Those who are down, those who hearts are hardened, those who are broken, those who need encouragement, those who need healing, those who need deliverance, those who need their needs met and conditions changed, we position ourselves in You to be a "benefit" to them! Use us today for Your glory! Let others see our good works NOT to give us glory but to glorify You O Lord! Establish Your word in our hearts! Open our mouths and speak through us today! Bless our families, our co-workers and our enemies today! We give You praise on advance for the shifting that is taken place even now in our minds, attitudes, and positions!
