WHY DO MALE PASTORS, BISHOPS FROM MOSTLY MAIN DENOMINATIONS WHINE UP HAVING EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIRS/

WHY DO THE BISHOPS, PASTORS AND SOME APOSTLES MALES, FROM MAINLY MAIN DENOMINATIONS WHINE UP HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH THEIR SECRETARIES, ADJUTANTS, ARMORE BARES OR JUST THE WOMEN IN THE CHURCH.? AND THE OTHER BROTHEREN DO NOT CORRECT IT OR SET THEM DOWN?

To serve in the capacities you mentioned requires a level of closeness, privacy and transparency with the person you are assigned to. You must be able to anticipate every move and be one step ahead of the process. You must be able to discern the mood and flow accordingly. These people get to see the Leader up close and personal. They get to see it all. Great victories and brusing defeats. A relationship forms that is so close to the relationship that you should have with your spouse. Unfortuneatly, the lines get blurred and crossed. Now I am speaking only of those who serve in the capacity of secretaries, adjutants and armorbearers. I am not saying it is right, but I can see how it happens.

Sometimes these leaders are not being served but rather being worshiped. These women attempt to serve God at the altar of a man. These leaders are in the spotlight and attract groupies (call them secretaries or armor bearers if you will) just as any other “star”. I know of a first lady who went to work every day to finance her husband's burgeoning ministry. His secretary/armor bearer came over every day after his wife left and prepared him breakfast along with her other secretarial duties. She went so far as to replace the picture of his wife on his desk with one of her. When mama came to visit, she got wind of the entire scenario and put an end to it. One must be able to distinguish a TRUE armor bearer, one who will defend your wife and home, not try to usurp it.

These men know what is going on. They are not blind and neither numb. They simply ENJOY all of the extra attention and flattering words. It is not just simple women chasing men in leadership. Sometimes it is men in leadership using their position to pursue women. Some will even put God in the mix, saying, “God told me that you were mine.” No, that wasn't God the Father speaking, that was God the Penis. Some men have difficulty discerning between the two voices. Nevertheless, Gos the Father says, “My sheep hear MY voice. Because they have left their Wisdom. The Scripture says in Deut. 4:6 “And you shall guard and do them, for this is your wisdom and your understanding before the eyes of the peoples who hear all these laws, and they shall say, ‘Only a wise and understanding people is this great nation!’ What is Father refering to when He says "them?" The word "them" is referring to the Laws of God. When men leave the Laws of God they have left their wisdom.

In some instances this is due to boundaries not being established. Also issues of the flesh not totally submitted to God and His order will cause one to stray. Some precautions when possible would be to have a male as the adjutant to a male pastor. A male elder or deacon to handle affairs that would involve spending excessive time alone with the male pastorate. Let us not leave out the accountability on the female. We as women of God must establish and MAINTAIN BOUNDARIES. No man will cross your boarders unless you open the way, and allow the liberty. In short when you must work with you male pastorate. Keep converstaions God minded, and short, time spent together should be professional in every aspect, ( the hour of the DAY, your dress, conversation, if you have personal issue of female nature take it up with a seasoned female saint, if that does not resolve your issue have someone witness the conversation about your concerns with the pastorate, and watch your suttle gesters). (DO NOT LET YOUR GOOD BE SPOKEN EVIL OF).

When the pastorate become absent minded of marital commitment it is your responsibility to REMIND them of the Word of God concerning faithfulness in marriage and their position as your pastor(surely they do not want to see your blood on their hands or you in hell for a momentary thrill) If the pastorate does not have a heart to repent about the matter. Then is this a man of God or of the world? A great deal of the affairs would be negated if true boundaries are drawn and the HOUSE OF THE LORD IS RESPECTED.

As with the no correction or sitting one down issue. Unfortunately this is still a male issue. (Not male bashing). Men do not see in all instances this as a grave issue. The fault is usually reflected back to the woman and what she did or said that caused the man to fall. Accountability must be implemented in both arenas male and female. Until then draw and maintain the BOUNDARIES according to the WORD OF THE LORD.
