About Food for Thought; Designed so that during our busy schedule we stop and take time out to reflect and devote our time to God. Here we pause for a few moments to be refreshed with reflections on God’s word. In the times we’re living in, we all need a refreshing from the Spirit of God. In order to combat the pressures and cares of this world, we as the body of Christ, need to feed our spirits with the word of God. It was King David that said, “I delight in the law of the Lord, and in His law (word) do I meditate day and night…,” that the word of God would be life unto our flesh. These devotional short meditations will help us to appreciate our Master and redeemer, and will help keep our lives more focused and dedicated to Him.

So, stop by and let’s feed on God’s Word!

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned; Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness 2Peter 3:10-11

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Hebrews 4:15-16

God has given us all things pertaining to life, so why are we still complaining..
The children of Isreal Had it all; God had given them just what they needed in order to make it over on the other side.. but they allowed the physical things to blind them from their spiritual need. And just like us today, they still complain to God that they didn't have enough when all they had to do is believe.
