Episcopacy Legitimacy

The question id like to ask is this. What makes one a legitimate Bishop/Apostle.

I ask this question because it seems as if everyone carries these titles and seemingly there is no fruit baring of the one who carries these titles.

Bless you my beloved brother Bishop D.L. Brayant for this topic and question,
You know there is quite differrent betwin God's call and I beg to apply for a pastor, because of no job. The work of has no more respect because people no longer wait for God's call now adays, they thought that is the best way now to make money, so everybody wants to be minister not only that they call them selves any big name or rank in the ministry, some of them has no annointing. they have no vew, no credit, never serve anybody before, and doesn't want to be under somebody, nobody ordained them, they claim what they are when they are not. they can't even deffend them selves or the ministry work.
A legitimate Bishop/Apostle, I think is one that God calls and give His power and annointing to do His work, one that wait for God and do His will always, one that practise what he preaches, one that also practice Humility, Hospitality, social and jovial, honest, temprate and above all Loving and Respectiful etc. Thanks. and God bless.
