Frustrated............................

I just wanted to say to those pastor's who feel over worked, frustrated with growth, overwhelmed by the people and their problems, to just hang in there. 1. Don't get so frustrated you miss what God is saying to you. 2. Look at yourself to see what it is you can change about your leadership style 3. Give it away, let your members have ownership in the ministry, it helps. Always remember this it has nothing to do with you persay, church growth happens because vessals are yeilded and administration is strong and things are in order.
