WEATHERING THE STORMS!

YOU MUST LEARN TO WEATHER THE STORMS
MY CHILD,
YOU MUST LEARN TO NAVIGATE THE WATERS
MY DAUGHTER,
YOU MUST LEARN TO RISE ABOVE THE WEATHER,
MY BRIDE.

YOU MUST LEARN TO WEILD THE SWORD OF THE LORD
IN COURAGE AND IN STRENGTH.
YOU MUST LEARN TO EXPOSE SIN AND DARKNESS
WITH TRUTH, LOVE AND MY WORD, AND FEAR NOT
YOU MUST LEARN NOT TO SHRINK FROM RESPONSIBILITY
BUT HAVE INTREGRITY AND BOLDNESS TO CARRY IT OUT
YOU MUST LEARN HOW TO LOVE OTHERS, AND BLESS THEM
WHEN THEY PERSECUTE YOU, HATE YOU AND WANT YOUR LIFE
AND TO HAVE THE PASSION OF GOD WITHIN YOU,
TO REACH OUT AND TOUCH THE LIVES OF OTHERS
NO MATTER WHAT THE SACRIFICE, NO MATTER WHAT THE COST.

YES MY DAUGHTER YOU MUST LEARN TO NAVIGATE THE WATERS
MY CHILD, YOU MUCH LEARN TO OVERCOME THE STORMS
MY BRIDE, YOU MUST OVERCOME THE TEMPESTS THAT
THREATEN TO TEAR YOU DOWN……….
FOR WITHIN YOU IS A MIGHTY POWER, A MIGHTY FORCE, A MIGHTY LOVE
THAT CAN HARNESS THE STORMS OF LIFE!!
AND WHEN YOU CALL UPON THE LORD, YOUR GOD,
YOU WILL LEARN TO WEATHER THOSE STORMS, NAVIGATE
THOSE WATERS, AND RISE ABOVE THE WEATHER,
AND MAKE IT SAFELY TO THE SHORE!

MY LOVE IS EVERLASTING

Dew drops glisten in the early morning sun,
As the new day is dawning
The splendor of Gods creation,
Lays like a tapestry of ever changing landscapes
From one day to the next,
As creation is weaved by the Master, in Divine Love.

Taking great care, The Lord places each stitch,
each thread carefully in place, so as not to
disturb His Creation that is revealed thread by thread,
Stitch by stitch……..In His Tapestry of love.
Each stitch shows His Glory, Majesty, Divine Will and Deep
Enduring Love for His Creation.

“My Love is Everlasting”, Jehovah whispers quietly,
Are we listening? Can we hear Him, in our busy lives?
Do we take time out to hear Him whisper quietly to us?
“My Love will set you free!” He shares quietly,
Are we listening? Can we Hear Him in our busy lives?
Do we take the time to hear Him whisper quietly to us?

Afternoon Sun shines brightly through a forest of trees
And leaves a spreading warmth on the forest floor
The rivers rush through as if in a hurry,
Waterfalls spray the air with a wild array of glistening drops
that water the flowers, which bloom with great delight
Knowing the Master has set the times and the seasons…

Nighttime, brings upon itself, a blanket of deep velvet,
That spreads from galaxy to galaxy , with twinkling stars
Set in place to light the way, when we sometimes falter,
And cant seem to find our way……
In Creation, God leaves not one time of day, or season
Untouched by His Glory, all woven by His Hand of
Everlasting Love………….!
Can you hear Him speak quietly to you?
“My Love is Everlasting".

TEAR DROPS FROM HEAVEN

TEAR DROPS FROM HEAVEN
FALL SILENTLY TO THE GROUND
THEY FALL FROM THE FATHERS EYES
AS HE SURVEYS THE SIN BELOW
TEARS FLOW SILENTLY FROM FROM
THE THRONE OF GOD
AS HUMANITY TURNS ON ITS OWN.

THE TEARS OF THE FATHER
DROP SLENTLY AS A GENTLE RAIN FROM ABOVE
ON THE FACES AND HEARTS OF HIS CHILDREN
WHO AWAKEN FROM THEIR SLUMBER AND
STAND AT ATTENTION
TORCHES HELD HIGH AND SWORDS AFLAME
READY FOR THE UPCOMING BATTLE.

FEARLESS IN THE ONSLAUGHT OF THE ENEMY
BATTLE READY
FOR THE BIGGEST BATTLE HUMANKIND
AND HEAVEN HAS EVER SEEN
*ARMAGGEDON*

FATHERS TEARS RAIN
ON THE JUST AND THE UNJUST,
AWAKENING THE SLEEPY WARRIORS
FOR BATTLE, AND CONVICTING THE SINNERS
OF THEIR NEED FOR A SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST.

AWAKENING A DESIRE THEY NEVER KNEW THEY
HAD, AWAKENING A DEEP NEED AND LONGING
FOR THE LOVE THEY NEVER KNEW.
AS THE FATHERS TEARS SILENTLY FLOW OVER
HUMANKIND, HIS CREATION, A SILENT ARMY IS BORN

THOSE SET ASIDE FOR SUCH A DAY AS THIS
TO COME FORWARD IN VICTORIOUS BATTLE
THE BATTLE ALREADY WON, YET, STILL TO COME........
WARRIORS AND SAINTS, INTERCESSORS ALIKE
STANDING AT ATTENTION
WAITING FOR THE TRUMPET CALL
THAT WILL SEND THEM INTO WAR.

GOOD AGAINST EVIL, LIGHT AGAINST DARKNESS
SWORDS HEALING AND BRINGING LIGHT TO
THE LOST, THE ENEMY BEING DESTROYED.

WORSHIPPERS PRAISE GOD OUR HEAVENLY FATHER
THROUGH THE DEVESTATION THAT WILL COME
BUT OUT OF THE SEEMING DARKNESS,
THERE WILL ARISE SUCH A BLINDING LIGHT
OF ALL-----THE PURITY AND LOVE OF OUR SAVIOR
THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH!!
STANDING---WELCOMING THE WOUNDED AND
BLOODY WARRIORS
AS THEY STAND BEFORE HIM RECEIVING THEIR
CROWNS OF LIFE,
FOR STANDING FIRM, NEVER WAVERING
AND THE INVISIBLE ARMY STANDS VICTORIOUS
PREVAILING OVER THE ENEMY,
AND JESUS SAYS TO THEM ALL, ONE BY ONE,
"WELL DONE, MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANTS"

AND THE FALLING TEARS FROM OUR FATHER
TURN TO TEARS OF INCREDIBLE JOY
FULL OF GLORY!!
THE BATTLE WON!!!!!!!!!

The Agitation of Love...

Agitation is necessary for acceleration

I was having a conversation with one of my minister friends and he shared with me that he was comfortable where he was. Not that he thought he’d “arrived” or anything, but that he’d reached a point where he was satisfied where he was.

I told him that the “comfort zone” is a dangerous place to be. I don’t ever want to be “comfortable;” I want to be ready for action – in a constant state of agitation.

Reminder: If you purchase a home at 7% and refinance a couple of years later at 3%, the first thing that happens in the closing is the original debt is fulfilled by the origination of the new contract.

The debt, itself, doesn't go away but the means by which it is serviced changes. Therefore, you don't have to continue to pay under the old contract because it is superseded by the new one.

Kingdom Building

Far too many folks have no concept of Kingdom building because they have no concept of Kingdom. Too many folks so caught up in religious rigmarole that they completely miss the revelation of relationship.

The Kingdom of God IS NOT religion, it is the Government of God (Isaiah 9:6-7) - yet many reduce what should be a relationship between a loving, powerful, Father and his earthly offspring to a weak, vain, religious experience. Jesus said "upon this rock (truth) I will build my church (ekklesia or Government) and the gates of hell will not prevail against it" (Matthew 16:18).

Liberty…and Dependence Upon God

On this day, 236 years ago, Thomas Jefferson and his fellow patriots proved that the pen truly is mightier than the sword with the drafting of the Declaration of Independence. This document – a shot heard around the world – set forth the grievances against, and terms of separation from, the British Crown. The result of this historic document was a revolutionary war that birthed a nation ostensibly dedicated to the ideals of liberty and justice for all.

Now, let’s rewind the historical tape – so to speak – about 6000 years earlier.

God is Able AND Willing to Heal!

If the the person who wants to pray over you or a loved one during an illness is not fully persuaded of not only God’s ABILITY to heal, but also of His WILLINGNESS, you may have to politely decline their request.

Let’s take a walk through Mark 5:35-42…

35 While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?

A bad diagnosis is a FACT but God’s Word is TRUTH (1 Peter 2:24). We must learn to subordinate facts to truth!

I self-published a collection of Bible stories. It is entitled, "Through Other Eyes."  The stories are all based on very familiar Bible stories. The difference is that the narrator is not the Biblical narrator. It is available at http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_0_15/182-3682838-2527766?url....  I'd appreciate your comments. You can read an excerpt at the Amazon site.

Thanks in advance.

Fatherhood - A Kingdom Archetype

Father created us in His image (to look like him) and His likeness (to act like him). God loved the man so much He allowed man to be called “father” as He, Himself, was.

After creating man, Father God blessed him and gave him dominion (Genesis 1:26-28).

A father prepares his son not only for manhood (maturity) but also for the transfer of wealth from the father to the son.

I have frequently taken the position that God hates religion. I studied this in great detail. I concluded that since there was no religion (or, at least, the conventionally accepted manifestation of it) in the Garden of Eden, it had to be something devised by man and, therefore, rejected by God.

I was totally right. And totally wrong.
