ISI - Iron Sharpening Iron
Weather permitting, I am planning a ministry trip to Baltimore this weekend; and am hoping to have an opportunity to fellowship with pastors and ministers who are available for a Saturday morning (11a-1p) or Monday evening(7-9p) ISI (Iron Sharpening Iron) session. I am thankful for the quick response of pastors to avail their facilities to accommodate those who can appreciate this emphasis on minister edification. Because of them, this can remain an expense-free event, with a free will offering collected for host church. Locations are identified on my website.
The ISI session will provide for two hours of sharing and fellowship; with each attendee departing with useful information and a recharged spirit to face the challenges of ministry in these difficult times. During the session we will explore:
We are asking as many as possible to say yes to those who serve in this vineyard with us by lending our time to this great cause. I believe it would be a tremendous blessing that overflows into months of ministry progress. Besides, we need each other more than we often care to admit. And, some of us could use some healing!

THIS MINISTRY WILL CONTINUE FROM STATE TO STATE WITH A GOAL OF ENCOURAGING 5000 PASTORS AND MINISTERS to be steadfast in the WORK of encouraging those who look us for strength in trying times. If you know of pastors and ministers we can reach out to in other states, I pray you would help us make an immediate connection.

- The "Complementary Graces" that allow us leaders to experience what Jesus meant by "my yoke is easy" and "my burdens are light".
- The "Oyis Concept" that brings a fresh perspective on Christian-based soul therapy.
- Various questions from peers who wish to take advantage of the pool of experience in the room.
- A brief chapel session where we as ministers can worship and unite in a special prayer for each other.
