Will the real soldiers please stand up & take your post!

One of my biggest challenges in our homeless outreach is finding soldiers with a real heart to work with those in the highways & hedges. We provide hot meals & social services to the homeless and those caught up in the 'swirl of the world' 5 days a week, besides the Word of course. On average we get approximately 130 people that come through our doors, daily. Many are looking for help with housing issues or getting into a drug program, or just help with getting out of their stuck position. I have help in the kitchen, making sure that we can feed their natural man so they can then be ministered to. But then, trying to get to all those that need individual help within our allotted time is always a challenge, with limited help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
