Shalom Shalom BPN. Power and Promise of Yahuweh's Word.

Matthew 15: 7-9 7 “Hypocrites! Yeshayahu rightly prophesied about you, saying, 8‘This people draw near to Me with their mouth, and respect Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. 9‘But in vain do they worship Me, teaching as teachings the commands of men (The Scriptures).

King Jame Version; 7 Ye hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, 8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Yahushua quotes from Is. 29 : 13 in charging the Pharisees with setting aside Yahuweh's Word by their traditions. Yahushua dissmisses their because their hearts were not aligned with their lips. Living faith - true worship - requires that the mouth and the heart be at one with one another to avoid Yahushua charge of hypocrisy.

Obedience and true faith emanate from lips that draw from the depths of the heart. As a living principle, faith's confession is not a ritiual recitation of slogans; otherwise, it is only action out a human tradition and, as Yahushua notes, is potentially hypocritical.

Just as we are called to obedince and true worship [a qodesh/set-apart lifestyle], not as pretenders or ritual performers, so let our confessing of Yahuweh's promises be without hypocrisy. Let us speak what Yahuweh's Ruwakh haQodesh/Holy Spirit has truly birthed in our hearts, thereby bringing us to faithfully speaking with our lips.

What every we are believing in, there will be actions that follows. Whether it be Yahuweh's Instructions in Righteousness, or the traditions of man, Amein...!

Do any of you have anything to add...?

Shalom Shalom
