What is the Most Important Ministry in your Church?

This is  questiont hat I am posing to the masses of the body of Christ. Now first of all I want an honest answer by way of the most active ministry in your church versus what should be the most important. I tip my hat to Missionary Mary Mayfield Smith who is the President of the Sunshine Band of California 1st Jurisdiction and the leader of Children's Ministry at my church is one of the most active and biblical training ministries of the church. While my personal believe is that the children are our future generation of gospel carriers, the evangelism and soul seeking outside of the church needs to step up especially through the training of the Young Adults.
