This group will feature, by video or transcript, people of color that need to be reached with the Gospel of the Kingdom, according to Matt. 28:19 - 23.
You know, when I looked at the Suri women and the value placed on distorted features, it is no different from those in this society who get nose jobs, tummy tucks, etc, to increase their value in their "tribes".
The torah does prohibit marks and scarring on your body for, what I believe, is religious purposes. As in the case of the Suri women, marriage is sacred. Isn't it interesting that the bigger the plate the more worth a women has? Isn't it interesting the contrast between Avraham and the Rivkah's house where the suitor is responsible for bringing a dowry just because a women is worth it? That last Suri women is more hebraic than she knows! May her tribe increase!
