Bring back the love in the Body of Christ
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we thank you that you freely send your Son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins so that we through your grace may receive your love through faith. We thank you Lord that Jesus gave us the Great Commission to go into all the world and make disciples, Lord we confess that as a church we have failed, we confess that we have abandoned your will, we confess that we have strayed from your commandment, and we repent, Lord we ask that you forgive us and turn us unto you.
Father we fail to be our brother's keeper, we fail to witness to the lost to bring them out of captivity, we fail to honor you by representing you in the earth Lord we repent. We fail to pray for our leaders as you commanded us, we fail to walk in faith because we do not know you,Father we have failed you miserably, because we do not walk in Love, your love.Lord we repent. Our children are getting killed and going to hell, because we have failed you, wives and husbands are getting divorced, because we have failed you. The Body of Christ is attacked on a daily basis, because we have failed you. Father we repent, we repent. Lord God of Host, hear us this day we pray, come to our rescue and save us Father God. Reveal Yourself to us and shew us your unfailing love once more so that we can love each other as we love ourselves. Come down Lord and release your Holy Spirit into the Body of Christ to teach us your ways and to help us to flow in your love in Jesus Name. Heal our hearts in the Body of Christ that we may be receptive to your love and your grace and that others might see us and come to your LIGHT in Jesus Name. Thank you Father for hearing us in Jesus Name. AMEN!
