When someone on the telephone or in person say I need you to pray for me, do you pray then?, or wait later to pray? If the prayer request is acknowleged at all, and what does this say about the person who maybe euipped to pray?

I pray right away even on computer because that is the hour of a miracle.Any delay may bring disaster for that person in need.
