A Believer's Journey/Echo of Christ's Kingdom, Anita Tucker
LOVE THING
We love the Lord in an all consuming way for our God is a consuming fire. How hard is it to love? Our experience of carnal love is far from the fruit of agape. The fundamental nature of love is expounded below by our Father and this way describes the actions of love - from the mouth of God.
“Ye shall not steal; neither shall ye deal falsely, nor lie one to another. And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, and profane the name of thy God: I am Jehovah. Thou shalt not oppress thy neighbor, nor rob him: the wages of a hired servant shall not abide with thee all night until the morning. Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind; but thou shalt fear thy God: I am Jehovah. Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.” Lev 19:11-15 (ASV)
Excerpt from A Believer’s Journey:
The concept of love has been wrongly divided, as we assume that the main ingredient stems from the soul in emotional fidelity and physical stimulus. The spirit is the seat of occupation and the place of engagement. You cannot love the brethren without first understanding the love of God. Agape love is divine and is not dependent on what someone does for us. God loves us regardless of our idiosyncrasies, faults and peculiarities. Our basis for love is not merely emotional (soulical) but spiritual too.
The heart is educated prior to the intellect of man. This then is the evidence of our loving God; how do we treat others? We cannot love God and hate people although we can despise certain ungodly characteristics, but not the actual person. How is this love accessed? Love is (shed abroad in our hearts) an explosion, made known through the Holy Spirit and cannot be fully understood without his teaching. “And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” Romans 5:5 (KJV)
Love craves tenderness and communion. Love desires acknowledgement and faithfulness. Love wants a kiss, a sign of affection. Love needs mercy and honor, joy and laughter. Love enjoys a soft answer and a lingering glance. Love desires communication and respect. Love needs a smile. Love yearns for fellowship, a touch and unification of spirit. In the Book of Acts, the power of the Pentecost that came down upon the saints was partially as a result of the church being of one mind, heart, spirit and one love. (End of excerpt.)
The perfection of love is stated by Jesus “Ye have heard that it was said, Thou shalt love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy: but I say unto you, love your enemies, and pray for them that persecute you; that ye may be sons of your Father who is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust. For if ye love them that love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the Gentiles the same? Ye therefore shall be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Matt 5:43-48.
As we transcend ourselves, we are well on the way to meeting the mind of Christ. Beloved, we must get over ourselves. The Believer’s fundamental way to think includes love. While love is spiritual fruit, it must also be conceptualized in the mind and then conduct follows. Spiritual people live by the code of the Spirit. Our discipleship depends on us being able to receive the Word, eventually give a word and then be a word and this requires a fundamental change in our natures. We have entered into the Beloved and are identified by the fruit of the Spirit.

Beloved, from this point forward we review aspects of A Believer’s Journey for the Lord has shown me that basic fundamentals must be mastered in fullness before advancing further in the Echo of Christ’s Kingdom. If you have been blessed by the messages from this book, then please show your support. Please go to
www.onefaithgospel.weebly.com and order a copy of A Believer’s Journey and the corresponding Disciple’s Workbook to grasp the full understanding. You will be blessed and I make no such claims lightly. This is the gift that the Lord has given me to give to you; the knowledge of his world. Receive it.
Jesus answered, “Knowledge about the mysteries of the kingdom of God has been given {directly} to you. But it is given to others in stories. When they look, they don't see, and when they hear, they don't understand. Luke 8:10 (GW)
In tandem we will preview my next book, Priests of the Lord as context allows. This book is more at intermediate level and is intended for the purification of the shepherd’s heart, needed in order to lead the Church into the pre-millennial Rapture. The Church must be given the opportunity for cleansing as Christ will seek the Church that is without spot or wrinkle. We must not allow the Spirit of Offense to keep us in bondage. Beloved, be not offended at truth for it makes us free.
“that he might present the church to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” Eph 5:27 (ASV)
