- Born in Washington, DC and raised in Newark, NJ, I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior, November 23, 1980, a day I consider “the greatest day of my life.” “To this day, my salvation and relationship with the Lord is the very best thing that has ever happened to me.” Since that day I have continued, despite many struggles, heartaches and challenges to walk with the Lord, and have seen the power and love of God manifested in my life in so many great and wonderful ways. Jesus is truly my “all and all, the lover of my soul, my everything” and I could never imagine myself for one second, living without my LORD.
I received a Bachelor's Degree from Revelation Bible College in Jacksonville, Florida and am currently a student at Belhaven College pursuing a degree in Social Services. I am a mother and a grandmother, a calling that I value and consider a great honor.
I have been in ministry for over 20 years, and was licensed and ordained in 1992. In the past 16 years the Lord has pruned, processed and prepared me to serve and minister to His precious sheep. My desire is that I will be a woman and a pastor after "God's own heart." I feel my greatest achievements have been serving in various capacities in two wonderful churches Deliverance Jesus is Coming, Irvington, NJ(Bishop James H. Everett, Jr.) for 15 years and New Horizon Church International, Jackson, MS (Bishop Ronnie C. Crudup, Sr.) for 14 years.
The Lord has blessed me to speak at workshops, seminars, conferences and retreats, but my own experiences in life and the grace and love of God that was given to me has given me a passion to see women healed, whole and fulfill their calling. In 1996, the Lord led me to start a ministry to provide pastoral care to hurting women, mentoring and coaching to women to help them develop their spiritual gifts, find and pursue their purpose and embrace their destiny. This ministry also provides life skills, support and counseling to women in shelters for the homeless and abused through our R.O.S.E. Outreach program.
Currently the ministry operates five programs of ministry: The “Woman to Woman” Mentoring Program; R.O.S.E. (Reaching Our Sisters for Eternity) Outreach Program; LORD, Help A Sista’ Out; The School of Deborah (Women’s Leadership Institute) and an Annual Women’s Conference.
In 2008, New Beginnings Community Fellowship was established to provide for the spiritual needs of the unchurched and the unsaved. Our vision is to be a of people and community who are transformed by the manifested presence and power of God. Our Worship Celebration services are temporarily being held at the Jackson Enterprise Center, 931 Highway 80 West - Building D, each Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. and every 4th Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
In addition to ministry, I enjoy fun and fellowship with my family and friends, sleeping (yes, that can become a hobby when you are sleep deprived); traveling (one day I hope to see the world) and reading mystery and suspense novels -my favorite authors are John Grisham and James Patterson - because of my childhood passion to become a lawyer.

- Bishop James H. Everett, Jr. - my home church pastor, I think he is by far the greatest preacher of all time; Billy Graham, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Rev. Jackie McCullough, Bishop Noel Jones, Bishop Eddie Long, and all of the women that I mentor through our women's school of ministry - they are awesome women of God coming into their own.
