- My names are Apostle Baliwa Alexandre, Bishop of a church and ministry called Eglse CENTRE DE REVEIL SPIRITUEL “CRS”( Spiritual Revival centre-Church) based in Butembo DRCongo . In 1980 surrendered my life to Jesus. He met me right where I was-living and, bound by sin, struggling, self-centered, pursuing earthly gain only. My soul was lost. Thank God for giving us Jesus! He saved my soul, sealed me with His Holy Spirit, set me on the Rock and began transforming me daily into Christ-likeness through the power of His Word and His Spirit. I received Christ while at college.
The Lord gave me an immediate yearning for His Word in my life. I had read Romans 13:11-14 and knew the word of God was “living and active”, but I sought the Lord to make it come alive in me and activate me to live a godly life to His glory.
The Lord is faithful and has lovingly, graciously, and patiently worked in my life doing the "inside job" that only He can do by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank God we don't have to clean ourselves up before we come to Jesus, but rather Jesus catches His fish and then begins to clean them.
I discovered in my own life that the things I tried to change in my own strength were short-term successes at best; but as I yielded my life to Jesus and relied on God power instead of willpower, I experienced real victory as the Lord set me free in areas of my life that I had been bound.
Don't get me wrong, He's still working in me everyday to complete the good work He has begun. I know there is so much more He desires to do in me.
In the Year 1995 God called me in the ministry to start a church and mission while in Butembo-Congo DR But in obedience to the Lord, I began to share my testimony and short devotions in smaller group settings, and since that moment to present we have established many many churches through the country by the help of the Holy Spirit and I can A sure you that revival is eminent .
I really began studying God's Word more deeply and saw the Lord preparing me as His vessel. Soon the doors began to open to teach a Sunday school class, as well as preach in various churches. I tell people all the time there is no greater honor and privilege than to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
I share this to exalt Jesus Christ as Lord of Lords and King of Kings. I share to testify to His unconditional love, grace, mercy, forgiveness, patience and the living hope we have in Jesus. We don't have to remain the same.
He delights in transforming us more like Himself. He all powerful, all knows and always present. And out of my passion for Jesus, He has birthed the ministry and an impacting ministry in our locality using me powerfully for miraculous, healing and wonder
Our vision is to revival the church, the lost, to minister the Word of God and missionary to reach other area in preparing people for the second coming of CHRIST. I want to share with all who will hear, that God wants to commune with us daily.
I want to share not about religions, but about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. , as I believe in the power of prayer and that where God guides He also provides. I also hope that you will call this ministry yours.
We are Christians in Butembo North Kivu Province working in mission, evangelism, soul winning, revival meeting and bible training for and experience unity in the Body of Christ in our community!
