Gods plan has always been to dwell with His people in physical realm bringing Heaven to Earth, therefore the ultimate Heaven is not US with God in HIS PLACE but God with US in OUR PLACE; Earth. Emmanuel- God with us.
He will bring all things in Heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ. Eph. 1:10

FROM CONCEPTION TO PERFECTION
Romans 8:29-30 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
God wants us to be conformed into the image of the Son; that is Christ.

2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Galatians 4:19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
God's plan for the church is that Christ must be formed in us.

Paul said in Galatians 2:20 ; I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me.

The world is waiting for Christ to be seen. That's our inheritance and our goal. Adam was the son of God but he lost his sonship and became a son of the devil. He was more obedient to Satan than he was to God. Adam was the son of God, but sinned by being disobedient and he lost the glory that made him the son of God. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Colossians 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
The mystery that's been hid through the ages has now been revealed and that is that Christ is in us which is the hope of getting back the glory.

1 Peter 1:18-19 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

We've been born again by incorruptible seed by the Word of God. When I receive Christ, who is the Word of God, I'm born again. In the beginning was the Word, which is Christ Jesus, this Word was with God and this Word was God and everything that was made, was made by Him.

John 1:11-12 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Being a son means to be matured or perfected. According to Romans 8:18-30 creation is subject to futility, not because it wants to be, but because of man and is waiting earnestly and with full expectation for the sons of God to be manifested, revealed and to come to the front. Creation must be brought out of darkness and bondage into the glory of the liberty of the sons of God. We have an inheritance that we have to get hold of and it must start manifesting on this earth.
