- LORENZO ALPHONSO MOORE has been herald as a contemporary and relevant voice delivering a timeless message of holiness, deliverance, salvation, sanctification and the necessity of Pentecostal power with apostolic order to this present generation. Apostle Moore‘s desire is to repair the breach between the “Church of Old” and the “Contemporary Church”. His ministry is continuously sought after by clergy and laity alike and transcends denominational, doctrinal and generational barriers. His life-changing messages are delivered with an exciting evangelistic flair, pinpoint prophetic accuracy and profound revelation that is yet practical enough for immediate life application. He desires to rally an army of revolutionary believers that desire more than just a mere "church" experience but rather passionate pursue an encounter with the one true and living God, Jesus Christ – who know their purpose, walking in faith, operating in power, as well as positively impacting the world.
Apostle L. A. Moore, is a native of Charlotte, NC and gave his life to the Lord at the age of 6 years old while serving in the Missionary Baptist church. He immediately became very active in any area of ministry he could from choir member to the usher board. At the age of 10, Apostle Moore began teaching Sunday school and serving as a youth delegate to local, state and national meetings. At age 16, His hunger and thirst after God took him on a life journey in pursuit of the “greater” and he was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost and fire with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues. At the age of 17, Apostle Moore graduated from Myers Park High School and continued his education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Within his freshman year, his prophetic ministry became evident. Heading the call to the Prophetic office, given to him during a 3 night reoccurring dream, Apostle L. Moore shifted and gave himself to personal study and prayer. In the midst God allowed numerous Apostolic and Prophetic mentors to cross his path in which he faithfully served while he girded his loins with truth, attending intense bible and ministerial training classes all while being processed and developed through the in the Apostolic, Pentecostal and Holiness experience. He has always been known as a passionate individual who is hungry and thirsty after knowledge. This dogmatic mentality has allowed him to endure many personal setbacks and overcome numerous obstacles within the church with a positive outlook and joy, always knowing in his heart that God was developing him. His Christian journey has afforded him the opportunity to serve in many diverse capacities locally and nationally including Leader of Christian Education, Executive Administrator, Event Coordinator, Adjutant, Executive Pastor, House Prophet and Youth Pastor. His gifting and love for music have afforded him opportunities to serve on local and national recordings as well as serve as Praise & Worship Leader and Choir Director. Apostle Moore went on to earn a Diploma of Ministry through the distance learning program of the Prophetic Voice Institute - Gospel Truth Ministries, Cincinnati, OH. He is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Business Administration at one of the top ranked historically black college and universities in the country - Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC.
Apostle L. A. Moore united in marriage and ministry with the lovely and anointed Prophetess Michelle DeVon Moore on April 27, 2007. Together they go forth in total agreement as the “Dunamis Duo” proclaiming the word of God with power and demonstration.
Apostle L. Moore is the Visionary, Presiding Bishop and Senior Apostle of the King of Glory Breakthrough United Covenant Fellowship, International; CEO/President of L.A. Moore Ministries; and the Establishmentarian & Senior Leader (along with his wife) of the Greater Glory Kingdom Cathedral, Charlotte, NC. He is a duly consecrated Bishop with historical apostolic succession as well as an affirmed Apostle in the Lords Church. He also serves the Kingdom at large as the Bishop of Protocol of the Rebirth and Restoration Fellowship Ministries, Int’l under the leadership of His Eminence, Bishop Zavier H. Terrill, Sr., D.D., on the Apostolic Council of the Apostolic Churches Together Serving (A.C.T.S.) Network under the leadership of Apostle Simeon Frazier as well as a Governmental Board member of the Ecclesia Leadership Church Growth Network under the visionary leadership of Bishop Martin C. Wilson.
