- Elder Audrey is a student of the Word, a prayer warrior, prophetic intercessor, teacher, and preacher. God has used her to lay hands on the sick and they recovered, to evangelize and bring many to Christ, to encourage and counsel many, to work diligently as an integral part of the churches and ministries in which she served. She has been in the church all of her life, and gave her life to the Lord on January 3,1991 while attending Columbia College Drive Church of God. She is also a preacher’s kid. Her Dad, the late Willie James Dowling was a pastor while growing up. She learned many things from her father’s service. One of the main things was the importance of prayer. As a child, she developed a very intense fascination with prayer. On visits with her maternal grandmother, the late Mother Eva Mae Glover, Elder Audrey would sit by the door at night to hear her grandmother pray. She also would attend a prayer meeting in her neighborhood. She was the only kid at those prayer meetings and always made sure to come inside from playing to check the clock to make sure she would not be late. She joined the United States Navy. While away in the Navy, the Lord began to build her prayer life. She asked the Lord to show her how to pray. She would spend years building her prayer life and increasing her knowledge concerning prayer and praying effectively. She started various prayer ministries, taught many Bible study classes on prayer, participated as a member of the pastor’s prayer team, and etc.
Elder Audrey is a full-time federal government employee working as a Public Health Analyst in Atlanta, GA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with and emphasis in Finance from Charleston Southern University, Charleston, South Carolina in May 1997; Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia in August 2005; Master of Ministry from Southwestern Christian University, Bethesda, Oklahoma in August 2008. She was ordained as an Elder in September 2011 at Bible Way Ministries International under the leadership of Dr. Monte E. Norwood. She will be formally installed as Elder and Pastor of Prayer Walls Ministry on June 8, 2014.
