- Overseer Fred E. Jones, Jr is the Founder & General Overseer of the "United Kingdom Changers Fellowship of Covenant Churches Inc." along with opening "The Remnant In The Wilderness Revival Center Church".
On November 11, 1982 body of Christ received a gift from God when Prophet Fred E. Jones Jr was born. Therefore, it was by Divine appointment that he followed in the footsteps of his mother, Pastor Nancy Jones, when he acknowledged his call into ministry at the age of 11 years old. Where he started preaching at Rehoboth Outreach Ministries Bible Way World Wide, under ship of then Elder James Carter now Bishop James Carter. Although he was raised under an extremely strict Pentecostal Apostolic traditional system, he somehow escaped the limitations of tradition to widen his spiritual mind as well as his walk, to reach people of varied backgrounds and cultures. Prophet Jones is a man of distinction, someone with a clear sense of purpose and willing to stand in the face of adversity. His anointing is evident and the trademark dynamism associated with him, injects ‘life’ and restoration wherever he goes.
Sharing his Vision, Prophet Jones challenges the Body of Christ to shake off complacency and live as God intended, fruitful and effective. He is uncompromising and means serious business for God. As a result, of his faithfulness he is in great demand for preaching engagements, ministerial advice and spiritual wisdom through the anointing in this young mans life. Operating in his gift as an Prophet and speaking with a prophetic voice, Prophet Jones preaches the unadulterated Word of God and, as a consequence, many can testify that their lives have changed, for the better rather through the word of God or by friendship.
Prophet Jones has spent all of his life in the church since that was where he was all the time. He would go to church and always sit in the first row playing the bongos or drums. He accepted Christ in Feb of 1992 baptized in the same month, and filled with the Holy Ghost as well. Years would go by and he became a better musician, and was playing for different churches in the valley. He is very anointed on the Organ, keyboard, drums, bass guitar, and songwriter.
Prophet Jones' ministry uniquely promotes transformation, renewing, redemption, and restoration, which definitely cross-denominational and social lines. With his God given anointing to preach and teach from a psychological-theological platform opposed to arguing philosophical-theological church issues have strengthened. United Pentecostal Fire is just an extension of how God allowed him to minister and encouraged the faith of people across the eastern seaboard.
Prophet Jones has traveled to many places to preach as well as play for the glory of God, and many people lives has been changed by the anointing that he carries with him. He has been gifted with the gift of the spirit that has brought joy, peace, restoration, conformation, and wisdom to those who hear the word of the lord. This young man has been regarded as a “Wise Man of the Word” which he takes great pride of, being as young as he is.
God has brought this young man from a mighty long way, and has shown that in the mist of facing his mountains he has overcame life's difficulties. Which has made him more powerful in his walk with God, his ministry, and his goals in life. Truly this is a man for a 9/11 age, God has blessed the body of Christ with Prophet Fred E. Jones Jr. A dynamic Man of God!
