Greetings from
The Divine Destiny Christian Cathedral located at 2850 Old Austin Peay #140 Memphis, Tn 38128 where I have the pleasure of being the Senior Pastor. I am also the Senior Bishop and General Overseer for the
Divine Destiny Christian Fellowship of Churches.
I am a duly consecrated Bishop (with Full Apostolic Succession) whom was consecrated by Prelates whom are in good standing with
The Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops headquartered out of Cleveland, Ohio; ArchBishop Metropolitan J. Delano Ellis is the Presiding Bishop. If I may add a special note: A Bishop is only a Bishop if he is brought into the Episcopacy through (1) the sacred vehicle of consecration; (2) He is consecrated by Bishops (a minimum of 3) with one having full Apostolic Succession; (3) He governs an assigned Diocese. We have much to learn about the Episopacy and those who operate properly, understand what it takes to claim that you are legitimately a "successor to the Apostles".
In addition there are many who claim to be a Prelate but have no idea what a Prelate actually is. A Bishop or an Apostle who was never consecrated into an order of Prelature can not be a Prelate. There are six orders of Prelature in the Church of Jesus Christ; 5 Episcopal and 1 Potentiary. To create and maintain a facade relating to this office is offensive and in bad form.
Last but not lease; for those whom are wondering why they have not been accepted within this or other mediums by legitimate Prelates, allow me to bring something to their attention. If you claim to be a Presiding Prelate or a Properly consecrated Bishop but do not have an internet presence (not a free site), this is usually a sign that your legitimacy is at least questionable. Todays technology allows even the smallest ministry to afford a presence on the internet. Prelates must ensure that they are fellowshipping with legitimate Prelates. That being the case Prelates must use a medium, such as a ministry website, to corroborate one's legitimacy. Not being concerned with the legitimacy of another Prelate, is interpreted as an indication one is not a legitimate Prelate. If you are wondering why this is, every properly consecrated Prelate should have been given the same charge and that is to, "DEFEND THE FAITH"
My motto is very simple, "Once a man is launched into his destiny, a disciple has been created for life". We, as the princes in the Lord's church" must return to the God given mandate of teaching others of the importance in creating disciples.
I would like to encourage my many brothers and sisters in the faith to keep in motion. Stagnation is the goal of the enemy but progress is the mark of the saved. Stay saved and keep moving.
God Bless
His Humble Servant
The Most Reverend
