- Right Reverend Otha Bell is the Co-Founder and Pastor/President of the Blood Covenant Fellowship Church, Inc in Chester Pennsylvania. He has over 29 years experience in various forms of ministry. He has served as a Sunday School Teacher, Deacon, Minister, Associate Minister, Assistant Pastor, Pastor, and as a Chaplain at both the State Correctional Institutions in Camp Hill and Chester, Pennsylvania. In September of 2005 Pastor Bell was appointed as a Bishop-designate for the Maranatha Faith Fellowship International of Stockbridge, Georgia. He was consecrated to the Holy Office of the Bishop by the Most Reverend Charles W. Maddox, the Most Reverend Diante’ Waldon International Presiding Prelate of the Maranatha Faith Fellowship International, and the Right Reverend G. Calvin Boone on January 14, 2006.
