- Dr. Rowland Peters is the President and founder of International College of Ministry. A Man called by God to be a Prophet and teacher of Gods word. A member of the Evangelistic Messengers Association Inc., Clifton, Tennessee, U.S.A. since 1991.
A trained quantity surveyor turned preacher with certification from The City and Guilds of London Institute. He earned his Phd in Church growth and ministry from International Institute of Church Growth.
A member of Global Impact Apostolic Network headed by Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Later Rain Assembly, Lagos.
He was consecrated a Bishop in 2004 by the International Communion of Pentecostal Churches headed by the Archbishop, Professor S. Onibere of the Department of Religious Studies. Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. His Bishopric was elected by the Archbishop Emmanuel Powerson of FRM. Staten Island, New York, U.S.A.
He was appointed the Secretary General of International Communion of Pentecostal Charismatic Bishops/Churches(ICPCB/C). (A College of Bishops of over 100 Bishops in America, Europe and Africa). A post he resigned from recently to concentrate on his primary calling from God.
Rt. Rev. Peters had pastored and pioneered 3 churches until God asked him to go into full time traveling ministry few years ago. Today he traveled from place to place conducting “Outpouring of the Holy Spirit seminars”.
Through his weekly Radio program, he had touched hundreds of thousand of people. His Ministry Continues to grow daily as he receives new invitation from different denomination across the nations. His Ministry Outreaches and Missions had taken him (in person) across some nations. Rev. Peters is the publisher of “Faith Epistle”. A quarterly teaching paper that circulates some nations of the world for 10 years. His latest quarterly paper now called "OUTPOURING"
He has served on different board and advisory committee in Christian organization both locally and at the international level. Among which are UNIDICO, Ile-Ife, offering Degrees, from Acadia University, among others.
He is married to his lovely wife an associate in ministry Rev. Dr.Mrs. Hannah T. Peters. They both have a son called Jesuyemi Barnabas Peters. Infact, God had and He is still using this man of God to influence and raise other leaders among whom are founders and presidents of churches, ministries and Bible colleges.

Dress And Keep your Garden

From the beginning, God never called us to struggle to plant anything. He did the planting of the garden and placed man there to dress and to keep it. Our responsibilities there forelies in the discovery of the part of the garden the Lord will have us nurture. ( See Gen 2:8,15)
