She is an evangelist, conference speaker, workshop presenter and community advocate dedicated to faithfully serving. Her greatest passion is working in the Kingdom of God.
Reverend Brennetta C. Williams is the visionary and President/CEO of Positive Impact Outreach Inc. This non-profit organization is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of those in need through the love of Christ. Positive Impact seeks to provide assistance and needed services to the elderly, underprivileged and individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.

Reverend Williams answered her call to the gospel ministry and was licensed in 2003. She currently serves as an Associate Minister and Adjutant at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia under the leadership of Bishop Wm. Darryl Scott. As Director of Prayer Ministries, she has served in many capacities of ministering to congregational spiritual needs. She has been blessed to minister locally, nationally and internationally. Most recently, she served on the Africa crusade team directed by Bishop Scott that traveled to, both, Tanzania and Zambia.
Reverend Williams received her undergraduate studies degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. After achieving her Bachelor of Science degree, she earned her Master of Divinity from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology in Richmond, Virginia. Presently, efforts are focused on pursuing a Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Her professional background includes marketing for several leading pharmaceutical companies. Over the past ten years, she has dedicated her life to providing medicines, education, and community services to those affected and infected with HIV/AIDS. The experience has been instrumental in sensitizing her to the suffering of others. The passion for making a difference in the lives of others has been instrumental in the development of Positive Impact Outreach Inc. She is committed to positively impacting the lives of others because God has positively impacted her life.
Reverend Williams is a native of South Boston, Virginia and currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband and daughter.
