The word of the Lord came unto me, saying," Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart, I appointed you a prophet to the nations" Jeremiah 1:4-5 Minister Courtney Jaime Christian Washington, Sr. (Singer,Songwriter,Preacher,Pianist, Revivalist) Is a native of Panama City, Fl. He was born on April 10 1987 in Miami, Fl (Dade County)He is the oldest of 3 children.He has two younger siblings Nicole Alisha' and Quinton James. Courtney or "CJ" as he is affectionally callled, is the very example of a "transformation". Having been going through the most un- expected situations in life, he is known for his continuous faithfullness to God. His mother went home to be with the lord at the age of 7, the Late Marcy Erica Washington on April 10 1994 to a long time illness. This was the most trying time of his life. Hewas raised from the age of 6 months to 18 years by his Grandmother, Mrs Florence Barnes. He has experienced being in Psychiatric wards, being on medication, being deeply depressed, and at one point of time wanting to commit suicide becuase of the things that he was dealing with. He was searching to be loved in all the wrong places. He was raped spiritually and physically.Thus leading him to be crossed addicted. The only thing that gave him comfort and was his get away was singing, playing the piano,and going to church. He found his father Dwight Williams in January 12 2007 after a long 13 year gap. His father went home to be with the lord on January 19 2007.He was a member of the St. john Baptist Church in Panama City Fl where he served in many capacities such as Champions(Men), Gems(Youth), Family Life,Domestic & Foreign Missions, Music & Fine Arts, Christian Education, Pastoral Aide. He was active in various and many more ministries until the lord sent him to Ocala and he united with the Abiding Love Tabernacle of Faith under the tuteledge of Dr. Sonia Curmon. He was Praise & Worship Facilitator, Pastoral Aide & Armour Bearer,Pianist, Drumist, & In - Training Youth Minister and many other capacities of the church. He was a graduate in the church's Bible Institute where I received Certification and his Degree in Theology,General Bible 1 & 2, Evangelisim 1& 2, also Faith.The word of God began to manifest richly after I was anoited in the Holy Ghost. He is now a "Totally Delivered Man of God", and he serves faithfully at the Anchor Church of God in Ocala,Fl where he is under the tuteledge and close guidance of Overseer Sohilia L. Givens and Pastor Marjorie Ward. He serves faithfully on the Praise & Worship Team, Pastoral Aide, Domestic & Foreign Missions, Associate Ministerial Board, Music Ministry. He is a example of a public transformation of what God can do.
