- This handmaiden of the Lord made a commitment unto Christ at the tender age of twelve.
It was her strong need to know God for herself, as well as a desire to minister to the broken, that propelled educating herself in the scriptures, thus obtaining a Bachelors of Arts in Theology.
Pastor DeAnna Birts is a Lady clothed in strength and honor and the favor of the Lord is strong among her. It is her faithfulness and submission to God, which has caused her to be a well sought after dynamic and anointed teacher/preacher of the Word of God. She has served faithfully in many roles; and does whatever her hands can do to help the vision of the house come to fulfillment, and does it with a spirit of excellence. She believes with each position, God was teaching her that ministry compels you to go beyond the church walls. With wisdom and grace, this Gift of God is flowing with a Prophetic mandate to assist in the preparation of the Bride of Christ by establishing the Kingdom of God in the heart his people.
Pastor D, which she is affectionately called by all, is an Evangelist in her Heart, a Prophetess to the Nations, and a CoPastor as she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Wayne Birts and together they serve Praise Cathedral Family Church a progressive multicultural family. She is a loving wife and the mother of five beautiful children.
She is the Founder of Daughters of Praise Global Ministries. (DOP) is a Global Ministry birthed out of the heart of our Elect Lady for the Women of the church and this Ocean of Women's ministry began to flow with many vast rivers and streams of ministries flowing in and out of it, that will nourish women of all ethnic, economic, and social status. Ladies of the Lord which ministers to the need of all Women abroad, and Precious Gems which ministers to the needs of girls from 1-18years of age.
It is her mission to empower those she encounters to be all that God has destined them to be, to know their self worth and produce the promises of God.
This Daughter of Praise is Chosen to usher in the Presence of God" and Her motto, is Broken For Destiny, because we are Destined for Greatness!
