- Dr.Linda D. Williams was born in Douglas,Ga.and moved to Florida with her family at a young age. She attended Newberry Elementary, and Newberry High School where she graduated and continued her education at Santa Fe Community college, on to the University of Florida where she graduated at the top of her class. Dr. Williams taught in public school as an English teacher, later worked at Shands Teaching Hospital on the Heart Transplant team, transplanting hearts. Today she is transforming spiritual hearts through the word of God. Dr.Williams retired from Shands Teaching Hospital after ten years and started ministering on the evangelistic field until 1986 when she answered the call to pastor and founded The Voice of Victory Outreach Ministries in Ocala, Fl. Later in 1993 as the ministry grew the Lord enlarged our boarders and the ministry moved to Leesburg, Fl until this present time. Dr. Linda D. Williams has truly become liken unto the prophet Jeremiah of this day, with such a spoken, profound and revealed word of God, that the return of Jeremiah 1:10 has truly been her message in this last day as she root out, pull down, build and plant the word of God in the hearts and minds of people of God. This word has brought about profound changes in the hearts of people and many souls have been led to Christ as a result. Dr. Williams over the course of her evangelistic ministry, ministered to many spiritually wounded, lost, rejected and broken souls all for the cause of Christ. Dr. Williams ministers to the broken hearted, preaching and teaching a profound word that repairs the gap, and builds broken leaders as well as ministries.
