About Me: (Ministry Info, Hobbies, Fav. Music etc.): Dynamic, anointed, passionate, charismatic and humble are just a few words that are used to describe this young preacher. He is truly a testimony of Gods’ faithfulness. At a very young age of 10 years old this young man was diagnosed with a very rare blood disorder called lupus, which threatened his very life. His father passed away when he was at a very tender age of 6 years old and his mother passed away when he was at the age of 10 from the very same disorder that now threatened his life.

Determined not to allow his circumstance to dictate his destiny, but to use what seemed as a stumbling block as a stepping-stone.

Still in his early twenties, he is currently a full time Youth Pastor at Calvary Temple AG located in Freeport, Bahamas, under the direction of the Senior Pastor Rev. Robert Lockhart. Duerre also presently serves as the National Youth director for the Assemblies of God in The Bahamas and Turks and Cacaos Islands He is a well sought after speaker and has spoken to almost every high school on the island of Grand Bahamas, as well as Youth conferences both in the islands of the Bahamas and Parts of the United States. His voice is like a trumpet sounding, declaring Gods word with power to his generation. He is also the Author of three best selling books "Dreams are not meant to die" and "Reviving A Generation" and “Real Questions Real Answers”

The government of the Bahamas, through the ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture, honored Duerre with an award for the most distinguished youth of Grand Bahamas. He is married to the beautiful Mrs. Sharai Thomas of Port Charlotte Florida and together they are blessed with one son D’mari Jacel Thomas
