Bio

Elder Jean Tillman Parker is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. Accredited for her unique presentation of the gospel through exhortation and worship by way of song and the spoken word; Elder Parker has enabled wondering souls to find a place of rest in the glory of God. A vessel that is submitted and surrendered to the Lord. Elder Parker started this journey at the age of twelve and even at this formative age, she made a commitment to the Lord to be holy and pleasing in His sight. The Lord’s deposit of His Spirit and power into her life a few months latter prepared her to be a voice to the outcast and broken hearted within the body of Christ and abroad.
Elder Jean Tillman Parker is a recent graduate of University of Phoenix Axia College with an Associates of Arts degree in Psychology, moving towards her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and Theology. Elder Parker has also applied biblical studies through the United Biblical Institute, with emphasis in Church Ethics, and Ministerial Counseling.
Elder Parker is a dedicated wife to Gary Parker and a mother of five. A member of the Ministerial Alliance at Transformation Ministries since 2003 under the leadership of Bishop Monroe R. Saunders Jr. Elder Parker has diligently served the body of Christ through numerous capacities.
An instrument of the Lord called out and washed by His redeeming blood. Elder Jean Tillman Parker is a gifted orator, and psalmist, she has formerly served the Body of Christ as a singer-songwriter for over 18 years. God has equipped her with keen discernment and a yoke-destroying anointing through song that has been birthed through intense adversity in her own walk. As she ministers, the atmosphere increases with a serge of hope and faith until deep-seeded traumas and challenges are broken and souls are liberated by the power of God.
The founder and CEO of “True Praise Ministries” and WINGS (Wounded in Need of Guidance Spiritually) Elder Parker is commitment to beautifying the body and helping those who have been through the fire trade in their ashes for beauty. This is the passionate foundation for her ministry. Elder Parker’s life is an end-time parallel to the life of David as he overcame great adversity to walk out his purpose and offer a testimony of mercy, grace and love of an awesome God.
