- Brother Cobey Farmer was born August 24, 1977 to Miss Karen Farmer and the late Larry Bonner in Carrollton, Georgia. He is the 4th of 5 kids, his eldest sister passed away at birth. He was raised by his grandparents Mrs. Louise Farmer and the late Mr. Lewis Farmer. As a child he attended on and off Griffin Chapel United Methodist Church which is where in August of 1991 a few days shy of his 14th birthday (wow what a present) he gave his life over to Jesus. Then God began to place a mandate in his heart to preach His word and in September he said yes to God "I'll preach".
In September, 1991, he joined the New Canaan Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor James E Burr, where in October he did his first sermon entitled "Prayer changes thing", that word has been his rock ever since. He was 14 years old at this time. He served and followed the leadership of Pastor Burr for 3 1/2 years until there was another mandate to hit his heart, the baptizing of the Holy Ghost in 1994.
He left New Canaan in the Summer of 1994 and joined the True Light Holiness Church in Newnan, Georgia under the leadership of Pastor Nathaniel Strickland. That same summer was when he lost his Dad, it was hard on him. He step down from preaching to be taught more and go through some deliverances God was taking him through. He served faithfully on the praise team and evangelistic team. In 1996 he received the baptizing of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in Tongues and Faith Deliverance Crusade Ministries was birthed into his very soul. God stated to him that, "By faith shall many be set free under your ministry", God also birth the love of tent ministry in him.
Many prophecies came to confirm what God had spoken to him, not only by his leader but by many other men and women of God. One of which he follows to this day Prophet David Terrell who imparted that tent ministry in him. In 1999 he backslide and left True light until 2000 when his Spiritual Mother Evangelist Carolyn Springer came and got him and took him to The Fountain of Living Waters in Atlanta, Ga where the Pastor was Bishop Linwood Swann where he gave his life back to God. He returned back to New Canaan Baptist Church in 2002 where he serves faithfully on the pulpit staff and works with the youth ministry, and mens ministry. Prophet Farmer is now working on a book that will be released in the near future.
God has brought many into his life to make his ministry stronger. Evangelist/Pastor Lawanta Douglas came into his life as his spiritual big sis and he has learned so much from her. Apostle/Prophet Roderick & Elect Lady Kyria McDonald of Holy Ghost Holiness Temple Church of the Apostolic Faith in Mississippi. God has now awakened the Apostolic/Prophetic call up in his life, as well as the 5-fold ministry. God is training him every step of the way. He is seeking God for understanding and guidance to be great in Jesus.
Bro. Cobey is the soon to be Pastor/Overseer of Faith Deliverance Crusade Ministries Apostolic Prayer Center and the proud and excited Dad of 14 year old twin boys Alden & Byron who live in Texas with their Mother.

More so Isaiah 6:8 whom shall I send and who will go for us? I Isaiah pointed himself out and said here am I, send me! God was trying to find out whom to send to bring revival for his people and Today God is yet calling someone like you and wants to send you here in AFRICA to Join me to Bring revival of this land, please don’t hastate because God will make you able to make it here.
One thing that makes us feel we can not go out there is just because we feel we can not sacrifice that we have been blessed with to bless others with the good news of the kingdom of God! Let’s wake up straight to his call and he going to cause other might men and women all over the world come in to stand in support of your willingness to go and reach the not reached lands with the word of God. A lot of People in the USA, UK and all over the globe are just waiting to hear that you have chosen to go out for Jesus and then they can fund raise for your success. Don’t get weary in good deeds for in due season you shall reap a hundred fold.
Beloved if we don’t act now as the pioneers of this work to help others know about Jesus, what shall we tell him when he returns, shall we say we had no money and that is all? Let us get ready before the return of our lord because the scriptures state it’s very soon.
