This ministry driven vanguard has inspired hundreds of believers towards receiving "empowerment & restoration in all areas of their lives." He has an unprecedented inspirational, motivational and developmental mantle that distinguishes him as a remarkable visionary who has made a powerful impact in the Christian Arena. Stepping out on faith, with the support of Lady Georgia Salmon and 2 children who believed that God was going to do the unexpected, Pastor O co-founded along with his wife, Shiloh Restoration Tabernacle, Inc. The first service was held on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2006, in Apollo Beach, FL. In just two short years, God has directed the paths of over several covenant partners to Shiloh Restoration Tabernacle, a thriving ministry now located within the Brandon Area.
Pastor O is a pastor with a global mission, which is to “Empower the Nation through the Word & to Breakdown the Barriers of Tradition.” He believes that the body of Christ should be empowered in every area of life. His preaching and teaching focuses on empowering believers spiritually, developing them educationally, exposing them culturally, activating them politically, and strengthening them economically.
Prior to his role as pastor, Pastor O served within many ministry capacities as both a Leader and a Mentor to Leaders. A dynamic motivational speaker, he ministers both locally and nationally. Today, his experience has been numerous; formerly, a Chief Audio & Visual Engineer (his first ministry at the age of 13yrs), Home Bible Study Director & Teacher, Youth Ministry Leader, Church Office Administrator & Pastoral Assistant. In addition to ministerial accomplishments, there is his achievements as the former Vice-President of the Hillsborough County Headstart Parent Committee and his current role as a active member on the Brandon Ministerial Board. He is also an appointed clergy to 2 local Bay Area Hospitals.
He is the proud husband of First Lady Georgia Salmon, and a devoted father to his precious little princes, Joshua and Timothy. No matter how he is described, Pastor O'Neil Salmon is “Empowering the World through the Word.”
