Overseer/Prophet Coles was ordained publicly to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in 2002. After accepting her call into the Pastoral ministry, Overseer Coles fulfilled her Pastoral assignment under Bishop Otis L. Carswell Prelate of Potter’s House Ministries of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania until Overseer Coles was commissioned by God to plant Apostolic seed in the earth. Thus Destiny International Ministries Worship Center was established. During her Pastoral season, God called Overseer Coles to Prophesy as he commanded in Ezekiel 37. Jeremiah 1 is the Scripture that God used to call her into the Office of a Prophet. She walks under a heavy Prophetic Anointing and operates in other 5 fold gifting. In March 2011, Overseer & Pastor Coles were officially installed as Pastors of Destiny International Ministries Worship Center. Overseer & Pastor Coles have been married for 20 years and have 6 children ranging from ages 25-17 and 1 grandson, Ian. Destiny Ministries Worship Center has a Mandate from the Lord to assist 5 Fold Kingdom Leaders across the country train and develop their Leadership Staff concerning Kingdom order & protocol without religious and tradition barriers.

Prophetess"D" as some affectionally call her, is the Founder of Designed for Destiny Women’s Ministry. This ministry is designed to mentor women as they seek their Purpose & Destiny. At the leading of the Lord, Overseer Coles has established a Prophetic Mentoring Ministry {Elijah’s Voice} to men & women across the country. Overseer Coles is also the host of a bi-weekly service entitled Apostolic Mondays & Prophetic Breakthrough Encounter on talkshoe.com/Prophetic Breakthrough Encounter.
Destiny Ministries Worship Center host several annual events such as: Weapons of Mass Destruction Apostolic Prophetic Gathering, Designed for Destiny Women’s Gathering, Manifest Now Leadership Gathering just to name a few.

God has commanded us not only to believe sound doctrine, but also to earnestly contend for it (Jude 3). That means we are to fight agrressively against that which is false. This is exactly what we see in the uncompromising ministry of the Lord's Apostles. Their epistles contain strong and clear warnings about false teaching. Paul often named the names of the false teachers. Such a ministry naturally causes divisions between those who are committed to the truth and those who are following error. Paul made no effort whatsoever to avoid doctrinal controversy. The Holy Spirit warned that "evil men and seducers shalll wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived" (2 Timothy 3:13).
