Calvin McCoy Jr., was born on December 06, 1978, in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Pastor Calvin McCoy Sr. and Evangelist Flossie Perry. He was raised and brought up on the teachings of Jesus Christ. At the age of 11, Calvin McCoy Jr. accepted Jesus Christ into his life and was baptized. At this time in his life he was a young boy singing in the choir and excited about God. He was a member of Saints Fellowship Mission. C.O.G.I.C., Pastor Charles Chapman. At the age of 15, Calvin McCoy Jr., moved with his family to Atlanta, Georgia, which is where he resides now. Calvin McCoy Jr., is not afraid to be real with you. From his teenage years up until that age of 23, Calvin McCoy Jr., experienced life in the world. He went through his season of being disobedient, and answering the call of his flesh. But because of God’s mercy, God kept him. At the age of 22, Calvin McCoy Jr., From this point in his life, Calvin McCoy rededicated his life to Christ, and began his journey to please God. While in his place of training, God delivered Calvin McCoy from a worldy lifestyle, and began using him to teach, sing and motivate other men to serve God. In 2004, Calvin McCoy Jr. was licensed by his father, Pastor Calvin McCoy Sr., as a Minister, under Bishop Williams, Church of God in Christ. Still in his place of training, Minister Calvin McCoy Jr., began leading the men in prison, and showing them by example of how God can change a mans life completely around. And through Minister McCoy’s obedience God began to bless him substantially.

In 2005, God began to pour the vision for Hope for Tomorrow Ministries into Minister McCoy Jr., and as the vision came Minister McCoy wrote it down and waited for God to bring it to pass. In 2006, Minister Calvin McCoy Jr., was licensed by his Father Calvin McCoy Sr. as an Elder, under Bishop Bogan, Church of God in Christ. On October 17, 2006 Elder Calvin McCoy Jr., began establishing Hope For Tomorrow Ministries through E-Ministry, speaking engagements, the “Crunk For Christ Youth and Young Adult Conference”, and many other outlets God has opened up.
Pastor Calvin McCoy Jr., welcomes you to come visit one of our Holy Ghost filled, anointed, life changing services. There is a need that the people of God are searching for, that need is called Hope, and Hope For Tomorrow Deliverance Center is going to feed that need. God has equipped Pastor Calvin McCoy Jr. with the knowledge and wisdom needed to teach, preach, and lead God’s people.

The spirit of the Lord has instructed Pastor Calvin McCoy Jr., through the teaching of the true Word of Jesus Christ; the same word taught to the Apostles, and the same word the Apostles taught to the people of God of their generation will give the people of God hope now in this generation. This is the same word that motivated the saints in Corinth, the same word that encouraged the saints in Ephesus, the same word that brought deliverance to the people of Galatia, the same word that brought understanding to the people of Colosse, and that same word that brought wisdom to the people in the Book of James. By teaching the true Words of God, Hope For Tomorrow Deliverance Center will grow rapidly into the position God has ordained this church to be.

In January 2009, The Holy Spirit led Pastor McCoy, to make a major transition. Leaving the covering of Bishop C.E. White, and the Apostolic doctrine, Pastor McCoy being led by the spirit of God, is now in the Fellowship of the Church Of God in Christ. Under Superintendant J. Hogan, and Jurisdictional Bishop C. Owens. Pastor McCoy is excited about the transition and looks forward to the growth, support, and love of this great organization.

Pastor Calvin McCoy Jr., has a true and sincere heart for the people of God. He concerned about the souls and hearts of the people. He is a man that hears from God, and speaks the truth, whether we like it or not. He stands on the word of God, speaks only what God says to say, and is accurate with God's prophetic word. God has truly anointed him to do this work of the ministry. He is a great leader, a great Pastor, and a great Angel over this ministry.

Praise the Lord Man of God,

It is with great joy that I send this communication. The Lord has blessed our publishing ministry – Write the Vision Publications - with an awesome opportunity!

Years ago, I wrote a book titled I Will Do a New Thing in You. A local ministry asked if I would allow them to distribute the book to incarcerated women. What an honor it was!

We are offering the same opportunity to incarcerated men. We’re asking that you consider participating in this year’s publication. Write The Vision Publications (www.writethevisionpublications.com) will publish a series of books titled: Men of Great Power.

The process is simple. We ask that you type your manuscript in Word format and submit as an email attachment to info@writethevisionpublications.com. All rights to your material will remain your property.

The Manuscript submission deadline is September 30, 2011. Each manuscript should be 500 words or more. Be sure to include your contact info as you would like it to appear at the conclusion of your article.

We are not in position to offer monetarily compensation. Once the project is complete, this wonderful witnessing tool will be available for purchase at a reasonable $11.00 per copy. We encourage each author to purchase at least one copy to sow as a seed in the life of at least one incarcerated individual.

We are sure the Lord will richly bless you as together we creatively seek ways to bless His people. One thing I can promise you for sure…the book will go places where many of us may never go!

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@writethevisionpublications.com or by calling 336-671-7051. God bless you and thank you in advance for your participation.
