Overseer Melanie Howard is a significantly professional anointed Woman of God. A woman of excellence; she is a preacher, teacher, evangelist, prophet, mother, daughter, sister, godmother and grandmother. She was the second woman licensed to preach the Gospel then ordained under the late great Bishop D. Lee Owens, and has been the Senior Pastor of The Temple of Praise and Worship for over nine years. Overseer Howard is not just another voice bringing forth the oracles of God but she believes wholeheartedly that He who has begun a good work in you is faithful, and He will complete that which He started.

This woman of God serves as the Overseer of the Mid-Atlantic Diocese of Word Harvest International Fellowship of Churches under the guidance of His Grace, Bishop Roy W. Spence. She delights in the opportunity to function with the sanction of her spiritual father, His Eminence, Apostle Dr. J. Lemuel Spence, the presiding prelate.
