Dr. VerNell King is a licensed CAP and Pastoral Counseling Doctoral Candidate. She possesses an AA in Theology; BA- Sociology; MA-Guidance Counselor, as well as being Certified Hostage Negotiator. Pastor King has be certified in smoking cession facilitator, Christian Chaplain, NAADAC Spiritual Caregiver for Addicted individuals, and Conflict Resolution. She has received certified training/education in AIDS, Domestic Violence, Gambling Addictions, Substance Abuse, Addictions, Family Restoration, and Disorders. Dr. King has worked in the law-enforcement arena (Probation, Transportation Officer, Detention Officer, Classification, Corrections, and Court Officer) and Christian Ministry for over 25 years. Dr. King volunteers as a Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach for DANGER Programs (WPB, FL) Dr. VerNell King is a Pastoral Counseling Doctoral Candidate.
