- Prophet Manning takes pride in molding men and women into a mighty vessel for God. Also making available to men and women, a safe, supportive and loving environment for them to confront and deal with personal issues.
SHE ministers biblically, practically and effectively to the needs of the individual(s), to facilitate growth, self-worth and self-esteem, to bring about restoration and the establishment of their identity in Christ and their Father/son and daughter relationship with God.
SHE fully believes in the Five-Fold Office gifts that God set in the church, the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher. Prophet Manning operates in the gifts of the spirit. Prophet Manning travels the country preaching the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
SHE educates and train individuals who wish to become more informed about an issue and/or be supportive of the person undergoing the process of deliverance, healing and or restoration to spiritual wholeness. Prophet Manning was ordained at Labor for the Harvest Christian Center in Tallahassee, FL under the leadership of her ex-husband, Apostle Norman Clary. Prophet Manning was the Pastor of Highly Favored Outreach Center for 5 years formally known as Labor for the Harvest in Tallahassee, Fl. for 3 years. She serves as Tallahassee Advisor for Life Changing Words Apostolic Ministries, Prophet James F. Pinckney Jr and Instructor and Teacher for Zion Apostolic Christian Fellowship, Chief Apostle Patricia Pinckney, Presiding Prelate of Charleston, South Carolina. She also served under the leadership of Pastor Dr. C. E. Richardson, M.D. of Prayer Temple C.O.G.I.C. in 2007. Now serving on assignment at the Life Church, Pastor Greg James. In January 0f 2001, Prophet Manning received a Degree of Doctor of Humanitarian of Mission from Mt. Calvary Church of God In Christ, Newark New Jersey under leadership of Bishop J. P. Lucas and International Christian Men & Women Fellowship, Bishop Leonard and Pastor Deanna Smith. Prophet Manning was National Evangelist for United in Christ International, Apostle Leonard & Pastor Deanna Smith. Dr. Manning received a Bachelor of Biblical Studies in June 2003 and received a Master of Biblical Studies in March 2006. Prophet Manning attended C. H. Mason Bible Institute, and received her degree in Christian/Crisis Counselor. Prophet Manning was Vice President of the Clergy Women Council United, Emeritus Bernyce Clausell, and President. In January 2005 she became the Director/Owner of Highly Favored Educational & Bible Institute Inc. a fully accredited Bible College. Owner of Highly Favored Graphic Design of Tallahassee, FL. In 2003 God has called and birth Highly Favored International Outreach Center Inc., under the leadership of Apostle Leonard & Pastor Deanna Smith, she’s the President of Integrity and Honor Global Ministry, Tell the Whole Truth Global Ministries and continues her work with Highly Favored Women Ministry which is her passion. She enjoys family life. Prophet Manning is a mentor, nurse, motivator, instructor, and big sister, grandmother to those who are in need, a spiritual mother to many, teacher and preacher. Prophet Manning is a midwife helping to birth men and women of God to push them into their destiny for such a time as this. She is the mother to six beautiful daughters Alisha, Aprell, Keyanna, Alexis, Misty and Adrienne as well as the grandmother of seven handsome grandsons and four precious granddaughters.

The Bible makes it very clear that you and I are in a battle. As we read these verses of Scripture, we find ourselves in the atmosphere of war. There is a gunfire on every hand. Bombs are falling. There is lightning in the air. The Bible makes it very clear that all believers are in a war!
First Timothy 1:18 KJV says, "War a good warfare." First Timothy 6:12 says, "Fight the good fight of faith." Second Timothy 2:3, "Thou therefore endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ."
