- Prophet M. Antonio Wilson was the first born to the late Ida Marie Hunt-Wilson and Richard Elijah Wilson on Friday evening September 10, 1982 at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN, weighing only 3 lbs and 14 oz. He attended A.B. Hill Elementary, Georgia Avenue Elementary, Riverview Middle and George Washington Carver High, graduating with the class of 2002, finishing 33rd out of a class of less than 100 students. He has attended LeMoyne-Owen College and Southwest Tennessee Community College, majoring in Journalism. Wilson has been involved in various community functions arounds the city of Memphis. He was a participant and an intern in the YO! Memphis Program, the Youth Opportunity Movement for three years, under the guidance of Dr. Marie Milam, Allison Johnson-Fouche' and various others. He was the co-host, host and producer of YO! Talks, a monthly TV show that aired weekly on Comcast Channel 17 for about three years. The show focused on peer pressure, issues concerning tennage life and initiatives promoting better decision making. He has also done various voice over projects for local broadcasts that air on Comcast Channel 17. Prophet Wilson has always had a heart for the youth of today. On July 26, 1998, at the age of 14, he was baptized under the leadership of Pastor Joseph L. Harris at First Baptist Church - First Street and later united with the newly established Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, under Pastor Harris's guidance. It wouldn't be long before he would began preaching GOD'S WORD. Prophet Wilson's influences and inspiration include the late Bishop G.E. Patterson, Jamal Bryant, Pastor James Gilkey, Pastor Carl Farris, Pastor Joseph Harris, Pastor Brandon Blake and Overseer J. A. Davis. He is the grandson of the late Beatrice Richardson Hunt-Jones and Eddie B. Jones of Memphis, TN and the great-grandson of the late Nathaniel Richardson and the late Alvie Simmons Richardson of Memphis, TN. On January 23, 2000, Wilson acknowledged his calling into the gospel ministry at the age of 17. At that time, he was entering the 11th grade in high school. On May 21, 2000, he preached his first introductory sermon, entitled, "There is comfort in the fire" (Daniel 3) in front of a crowd of about 100 people in the sanctuary of the Memphis Baptist Ministerial Association Building (The Building Mount Calvary MBC was using at that time for worship). Wilson has a unique teaching ministry. With manifold wisdom and the anointing of GOD, he teaches and preaches under the anointing of the Holy Ghost. His teaching style has been compared to the likes of Dr. Jamal Bryant. Wilson has sanged with groups such as Minister James Wright and the Hyde Park Community Choir and the KraZy Praise Chorale and is currently a member of the Levitical Priesthood and a member of the Gospel Sensations. Wilson left his home church in 2003 and has played for several churches in the Memphis area (Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, pastored then by the late Rev. Dr. Melvin Brown and Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church, which he later joined and served as Associate Minister under Rev. Carl L. Farris). Wilson was ordained on September 5, 2005 under Pastor Farris. He served also as the Minister of Music. On January 23, 2008, Wilson joined the Perfected Praise World Prayer Center, now known as the Assembly of the Nations International Church, under the guidance and teaching of Overseer J. Anthony Davis where he currently now faithfully serves as Associate Minister and Assistant to Overseer Davis. He is currently working on the campaign with Future Memphis Mayoral Candidate Dwayne Jones for 2011. GOD has so many things in store for this young prophet and look forward to seeing him go TO THE NATIONS!
