About Me: (Ministry Info, Hobbies, Fav. Music etc.)
I have been in the ministry as long as I have been saved. In 2002, I entered into an intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ where my life would never be the same again. My passion is to see people of all walks of life to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and filled with His precious Holy Spirit.
Faith Christian Church and International Outreach Center is where I began my walk with the Lord. I received nurturing, discipleship, training and equipping for the “Call of God” for my life. While at Faith, I served as an assistant to the Pastoral staff. In addition, I was a pioneering leader in a unique young adult ministry called “The Way”.
I graduated from the Faith Christian Bible Institute where I received my Biblical Studies diploma. I have a love and passion for the presence of God.
In 2007, with a promise from God, I left all that I knew and moved to Dacula, Georgia.
Not long thereafter, I joined Tabernacle International Church where I currently serve in leadership on the church’s Administrations Staff, Director of Adult Single Ministries – Power of One (singles) and Bridge of Hope (single mothers).
On Saturday, September 12th, at 10:00 am we are gathering via the Internet to be immersed in God’s Word! The Order Of Chaplains is hosting this event to build unity and awareness of God’s promises and blessings for all who would hear his Word.
Beginning at 10:00 am we will begin listening to the Books of Psalms and Proverbs, streamed over our free blog site. The event will close with communion. The whole event will be about 5 hours in length. You are welcome to participate for any length of time, 5 minutes or 5 hours, the longer, the better.
This will be a great time to invite your friends and family to listen with you, at home group gatherings or as a church- sponsored event.
Here is what you do to participate.
1. Log in to The Order of Chaplains blog site at http://theorderofchaplains.ning.com/. If you are not already a member, join, it's free!
2. Once you are logged in the “Music Player” will begin playing automatically. That’s it! You may log out any time.
3. At the conclusion of the readings, you are invited to a Communion Celebration that will begin immediately. The Host and Cup will be blessed by Bishop David Scott and offered via your priest, pastor, or group leader,
A Couple Of guidelines:
a. Please respect the importance of the Word by not talking. No cell phones, please. If you must take a call, we would ask that you leave the room first, so as not to disturb anyone.
b. Everyone is welcome to move around the room and have snacks and/or refreshments.
As The Order Of Chaplains is a blog site, we would love to have your comments about your gathering. This is the first Word Immersion event like this, and we plan to make this an annual event, so please keep us, and this event, in your prayers.
Thank you in advance for making this event a great success!
Everything is good here. My season a FCCIOC is coming to a close soon. God is really moving me in a direction where the call on my life cannot be expressed at Faith. I am connected with other ministries, that welcome the annoiting and are in aggrement with the purpose and destiny for my life. God is brokering relationships that will open up opportunities for me to flow in the prophetic and bring correction to the body of christ. I am also activity and aggressively writing a book, that should be completed by late spring. Well Sis, you be blessed and never let anyone put your destiny in a box, because what God has for you cannot be contained. Love ya,
