- Reverend Terrance J. Gregory was born April 30, 1984 to Ms. Maria Gregory and Darryl Whitehead in Chesapeake, VA. He has been blessed with a son, Jayden J.L. Gregory. At a young age, he became a member of Centerville Chapel A.M.E. Church, under the leadership of Rev. Richard Walker. During his membership, he held many positions, such as Junior Steward, President of the Youth Usher Board and Choir. Also he served as the organist for the Youth Choir. In the year of 2000, he became a member of New Weeping Mary Missionary Baptist Church where Dr. John C. Smith is the Pastor. Throughout his membership, the Lord has opened doors for him to serve in the Music, Men’s, and Youth Ministries. Through much prayer and fasting, on January 8, 2006, he preached his initial sermon and was licensed by New Weeping Mary Missionary Baptist Church to preach the gospel. Since in the ministry, Reverend Gregory has been blessed with opportunities to preach at various churches. He also served as an Associate Minister and Director of Christian Education for New Weeping Mary Missionary Baptist Church. In January 2009, God sent Reverend Gregory to Mount Zion Baptist Church in Macon, North Carolina to serve as the Interim Pastor. On February 8, 2009, he was ordained by the New Weeping Mary Baptist Church. He was installed as Pastor of Mount Zion Baptist Church on January 24, 2010.
